00:30There was never a plan B because to me like I just did not need one
00:43Something that I've lived by since I was pretty young was that if an opportunity doesn't knock you build a
00:50door
00:56Growing up on my parents farm hard work, you know, it was everywhere
01:03It was literally in my bones to just build stuff and ride it
01:08Ever since I was so young, that's like all I wanted to do
01:12And I had the canvas but not anything to ride so I had to build it
01:24We're here in Wales on the property that Vera and myself bought and developed over the last couple years
01:34I love the sort of lightheartedness of this compound
01:38It's not just some gnarly yumps, you know, it's literally our garden
01:42And we're just the gnomes maintaining it
01:52When I was younger I was doing all sorts of slopestyle-esque tricks
01:57But as I like fed my own urges in riding that I enjoyed the most
02:02The love for it changed
02:05It developed more and more into big bikes
02:07And I sort of took it back to just like the core feeling of riding my bike
02:37To be able to build progressive jumps that feed progressive riding
02:42Not just in myself but also in others
02:46That's the thing that fuels me most, you know
02:48Sick
02:50The person and rider that I am now with the building
02:53I don't think I had any idea that it could be like this
02:57If I can dream of something
03:00Then I just have to build some way of getting there, you know
03:03If you work hard enough for long enough
03:06You'll get it to where it needs to be
03:11You'll get it to where it needs to be
03:23You'll get it to where it needs to be
