00:03This shit is legendary!
00:12I think I'm addicted.
00:14I think I'm addicted to a glacier biking.
00:22Nobody had cycled across a glacier to our knowledge,
00:25so why not be the first?
00:28When I first looked at that footage,
00:31that was probably the biggest inspiration
00:32I could have ever, you know, absorbed.
00:35I don't think any of us totally knew what we were doing.
00:37It was this crazy idea that Chris had come up with.
00:40Check it out.
00:41You're in a completely different world,
00:44a dangerous place, like a mythical thing to people.
00:48Rather than a person,
00:49it would be more like some kind of a dragon,
00:52this big white dragon.
00:54Do you want to get close to it?
00:55It's majestic if you survive.
00:59Day one, it was a nightmare.
01:02We had porous snow.
01:04One thing is hard packed snow,
01:06but maybe soft snow.
01:08Tough going.
01:09I'm laying there in my tent.
01:11All I could think about was,
01:12is this even going to work?
01:20Oh, good morning.
01:22There's wind on the glacier,
01:23just maybe not where we are again.
01:25What in the world?
01:28Chris promised us crust,
01:30and on the final morning,
01:31we finally got some.
01:33I think for humankind,
01:35it's very important too,
01:36not to let whatever is in the current world limit you,
01:40to relay these journeys to younger people.
01:44The only thing we really know is that
01:47some group of friends in the 90s did it before.
01:54I mean, that was the most surreal experience of my entire life.
