00:00Okay, so you're camping and you're cooking, and suddenly it feels like you're hotboxing
00:04your own tent with smoke, not exactly the vibe. I went down a rabbit hole looking for the best
00:09deals on intake range hoods for camping in tents, and I found 5 portable tabletop exhaust fans that
00:14actually pull their weight. Let's get into it. First up is the BABZ Rechargeable Portable Range
00:21Hood, and honestly it's the premium pick of the bunch. The big win here is the detachable design,
00:27you can pop the hood off and clean it properly instead of fighting with some fixed plastic shell.
00:32At $57.80 it's the priciest one on this list, but with 4,679 sold and a 4.9 rating,
00:40people clearly think it's worth it. If you want the most polished option and don't mind paying for it,
00:45this is the one. Number 2 is the Budget-Friendly Workhorse,
00:49a portable tabletop range hood with USB power, 3 speeds, and low noise operation for $32.82.
00:57This one has 4,574 sold at a 4.8 rating, which tells you it's the crowd favorite for people
01:03who
01:03want solid performance without spending much. 3 speeds is more than enough to clear smoke from
01:08a skillet or a camp stove, and the low noise means you're not annoying everyone in the campground.
01:14Great value, easy pick. Third is this desktop cooker hood with 8W of power, 3 speeds, and a strong
01:21suction rating, and it's the only one on this list with a perfect 5-star rating.
01:25At $36.26 with 4,514 sold, it's a pretty remarkable combo of price and reception.
01:33The best part is that it folds up, so it packs down small in your camping bin.
01:38If you're tight on space but still want real suction power, this foldable one is tough to beat.
01:44Fourth is the Adjustable Angle option at $30.31, and this is the cheapest one here.
01:50The standout feature is that you can tilt the hood to aim exactly where the smoke is coming from,
01:55which matters a lot when you're cooking at weird angles on a camp table.
01:59It's detachable, USB or plug-powered, and low noise.
02:03With 3,903 sold and a 4.8 rating, it's a great starter pick if you're not ready to spend
02:09more than
02:09$30. Last one is the USB rechargeable hood with a detachable filter and an oil collection cup for
02:16$47.34. That oil cup is the feature that sold me, it catches the grease instead of letting it drip
02:23onto your table, which is a big deal for indoor barbecue or hot pot setups. It runs two speeds,
02:29and with 3,874 sold at a 4.9 rating, it's clearly doing something right.
02:35A little pricier, but that filter and oil cup combo makes cleanup way less gross.
02:40So there you go 5 intake range hoods that'll keep your tent from turning into a smokehouse.
