00:00If your ski boots feel like they were designed by someone who hates feet,
00:03you're not alone and I went digging through thousands of reviews to find the best deals
00:07on self-adhesive ski boot inserts for comfort, so your shins and ankles can finally stop
00:11screaming at you by lunchtime. First up is this six-pair set of self-adhesive ski boot inserts,
00:17and honestly, the value here is kind of absurd. You get six pairs of ankle protectors for just
00:23$4.69, with almost 5,000 sold and a 4.8 rating. If you want a cheap, simple fix you
00:30can slap in
00:31before your next trip, this is the obvious starting point. Next is a soft memory foam
00:36shin support insert at $6.85, and it's one of the highest-rated picks out there at 4.9 stars
00:42from
00:42over 4,700 buyers. That memory foam actually molds to your shin instead of just mashing against it,
00:49which makes a real difference on long days. For under $7, it's an easy yes.
00:55Then we've got a bigger pack, 10 pieces of self-adhesive J-bar fitting pads and foam ankle
01:00wraps for $11.38. The J-bar shape is the secret weapon here, because it fills in those specific
01:07gaps around the ankle that cause rubbing and heel lift. If you've got a fit issue rather than just a
01:12comfort issue, this is the set to grab. At number 4 is another memory foam ankle guard and shin pad
01:18combo, also $6.85, with a 4.9 rating from over 4,000 buyers. It's basically the same reliable
01:27formula, soft foam, self-adhesive backing, sticks where you put it, and it's a great low-risk pick
01:32if you just want a single solid pair without overthinking it. And last but not least, this
01:37shin guard pad with adhesive backing, $10.85, made from 3mm EVA foam with a low-profile design.
01:44This one's for anyone who wants shock absorption without bulk, it slides into the boot without
01:49changing the fit, and it's a 4.9 from over 4,000 people. If your boots are already snug,
01:55this is the one. So those are my top 5 self-adhesive ski boot inserts for comfort,
