00:00Ever stepped outside and immediately turned into a human ice skater?
00:04Yeah, been there. So I went digging for the best snow traction devices for icy shoes,
00:10and I found five that actually keep you upright without emptying your wallet.
00:14First up, the 10 Teeth Professional Ice Gripper Spike Shoes.
00:18These are the heavy-duty pick of the bunch, with 10 spikes that really bite into ice and pack snow,
00:23so they're great for hiking or climbing on serious winter trails.
00:27At $35.93 they cost more than the rest, but over 4,600 people have grabbed them and they've earned
00:33a solid 4.2 rating, so if you need rugged traction that lasts, this one's worth the splurge.
00:39Next, the Non-Slip Ice Snow Gripper Shoe Covers.
00:43These are ridiculously cheap at $6.56, and they slip right over whatever boots you're already
00:49wearing, which makes them perfect for quick walks or camping trips.
00:53They've sold over 4,600 pairs with a 4.6 rating, so folks clearly like them.
00:59At that price, honestly, why not throw a pair in your bag?
01:03Then we've got the Anti-Slip Ice Cleat Shoe Covers with 10 studs.
01:07These are my favorite budget pick, and the numbers back it up, a 4.9 rating from more than 4
01:13,500 buyers.
01:14For just $6.84, you get reliable winter traction for walking or hiking,
01:19and they're unisex so everyone in the family can use them. That's a steal.
01:25Fourth is this pair of 10-teeth snow ice claw grips.
01:28What I like here is the 10-tooth design that gives you a really confident grip on slick
01:32sidewalks and packed trails, without feeling bulky on your feet. They're only $6.05 and they've
01:39pulled in a 4.9 rating from over 4,500 people. That's basically pocket change for peace of mind
01:45every time you step outside. And last but not least, the 10-teeth climbing
01:50crampons anti-slip shoe covers. These are the cheapest of the whole bunch at just $5.75,
01:57and they still come with 10 teeth for solid grip on snow and ice. With a 4.9 rating and
02:02over 4,000
02:03sold, they punch way above their price. If you want a spare pair for the car or the garage, this
02:09is it.
