दिवाली से पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक से केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स के लिए बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। सरकार ने महंगाई भत्ते यानी DA में 3 प्रतिशत बढ़ोतरी को मंजूरी दी है। इसके बाद DA 60 प्रतिशत से बढ़कर 63 प्रतिशत हो गया है। इस फैसले से करीब 48 लाख केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और 68 लाख पेंशनर्स को फायदा मिलने की बात कही गई है। इसके अलावा कैबिनेट ने Container Manufacturing Promotion Scheme, Khelo India Sports Goods Manufacturing Scheme और प्रधानमंत्री विकसित ग्राम स्वराज योजना से जुड़े फैसले भी किए हैं। जानिए इन चारों फैसलों का पूरा विवरण।

06:45जो बहुत ही high strength steel के होते हैं, जो जब container को शिक में बठाते हैं,
06:53या container को railway के carriage पे या truck पे बठाते हैं,
06:57तो जहां पे उसके four corners होते हैं, उन four corners पे एक device लगता है,
07:13तो उसके लिए भी देश में कैसे वो steel भी बने और कैसे वो कपलर सारी देश में बने,
07:18वो सब भी विवस्था इस स्कीम में होगी.
07:21Overall, this is a very comprehensive scheme,
07:24and I think with this scheme, India will emerge as a container manufacturing hub.
07:33Minimum local content का 70% का threshold रखा गया है,

08:51smoothen हो सकें,
08:53जिससे की certification process smooth होने से,
08:57जो global competitions में,

10:57करीब चार integrated sports goods manufacturing zones बनाई जाएगी,
11:03size बढ़ी रहेगी,

16:28पंचायती राज institutions के,
16:31सभी,
16:33जो elected representatives आएंगे,
16:35और जो government के appointed persons हैं,
16:37उन सब को इन दोनों के माधियम से training दी जाएगी,
16:42और कुछ training specialized होगी,
16:44कुछ training general होगी,
16:46specialized training में,
16:47for example, engineering estimate बनाना,
16:50इस तरह के कई चीजें,
16:51जो specialized training के काम है,
16:54वो सब भी इसमें रखे जाएगी,
17:01कई objectives हैं स्कीम के,
17:03detail में आपको presentation में रखे गए हैं,
17:07financial empowerment,
17:08better use of funds,
17:10participatory government,

18:02ये एक overall knowledge sharing का भी उसमें mechanism बने,
