This is said to be a pseudonym for Tom Berwick. However, other sources state Berwick is a pseudonym for Peltyn. Hence it is almost impossible who is actually performing. The vocalist isn't credited either, although he sounds like Dick Robertson. The song itself is obscure as well, and as far as I know this 1934 rendition is the only recorded version of it.
