00:00First, I want to tell you that the National Disaster Management Authority is led by the Honorable Prime Minister.
00:06We are now three members. I am Dinis Aswal, Dr. Krishna Vaz and Rita Misal.
00:14And in this way, every state has a State Disaster Management Authority.
00:21And the chiefs are the Chief Minister of the State.
00:25And as you know, the whole of the Himalayas built, the whole of the world has been built.
00:34There are landslides, there are gloves, there are glacier lake outbursts, as well as Nepal also.
00:43So, the government has the next five years of the government has the total of 2.8 lakh crores for
00:50the entire India world.
00:51There is so much money reserved for the National Disaster Response Fund.
00:55and National Disaster Mitigation Fund.
00:58These funds are for all states.
01:03When someone comes to the first,
01:06the state government sends their proposal to their own.
01:08So some of the power is for their own
01:12and where they have less than them,
01:14they also have the National Disaster Management Authority.
01:17So we and the MHA,
01:19the Ministry of Human Rights,
01:20we support them.
01:22There are many programs,
01:23there are many programs for our landslide mission,
01:25there are many outbursts of glaciers,
01:29there are many outbursts of glaciers,
01:30and now in April,
01:31we have put a sensor,
01:33which is the glacier lake,
01:35which is the height of the volume,
01:38which is the height of the volume,
01:38which is the map.
01:39So there are many programs,
01:41which are going along with us.
01:43And beyond that,
01:44we say that,
01:44when you have a developmental work,
01:46like a road, a bridge,
01:48or sometimes you have a tunnel,
01:51then you have to take a disaster risk reduction.
01:55There are many different tunnels that are going through,
01:58so let's go through this tunnel.
01:58This is the way we are going to take care of,
01:59and we are going to take care of these people,
