03:51normally you don't get much power when you have that much of a wide distance between the legs

07:12well you know he's it's single punches single counters and he starts moving
07:17laterally as Foccio so I would want to see more upper body movement bend
07:20bend down a little and double on those jabs you know
07:23he is landing and throwing pretty decent jabs start doubling and tripling them
07:27and break that range maybe you can start landing right hands or right uppercuts like

07:31well Foccio just has one loss has never been stopped the decision loss
07:37he's trying to do it feels like a little bit everything like here watch me switch

08:16start from the body get his attention there then you can rip him upstairs with

08:36the USA national championship semi-finalist
08:39yeah 50 amateur fights for Foccio but in a country like Uruguay that doesn't really have many boxers
08:45you know it's hard to get that competition
08:51good good right hand there even though little shots are blocked it starts getting good to you and
