00:00:07Young Master, the Lord, Lady, and all three young ladies are already waiting inside.
00:00:30Young Master, the Lord, Lady, and the Lord, Lady, and all three young ladies are waiting for us.
00:00:41Young Master, the Lord, Lady, and all three young ladies are waiting for us.
00:01:11He has wolf god blood, and it's purer than my own.
00:01:38The boy's power already rivals mine, but he needs time to let it temper.
00:01:49Corvin, I'm sealing your power for one month.
00:01:52Use this time to refine your skills.
00:01:54When the seal lifts, your power will climb to a whole new level, but until then, you'll
00:01:59be no stronger than an ordinary man.
00:02:01Three days ago, a steward named Locke found me.
00:02:04He told me I was the long-lost firstborn son of House Kulun, one of the most powerful families
00:02:09in Marensa, one of the Wolfkin's four great clans.
00:02:13I disappeared more than ten years ago, and now they wanted me home.
00:02:17What I didn't know was that after I vanished, they'd adopted another son.
00:02:24Mother, this snow deer's so tender.
00:02:27I need another piece.
00:02:29Of course.
00:02:30My Dorian trained so hard.
00:02:32Here, have more.
00:02:33Dorian, father had these frost crystal fruits shipped in from the north.
00:02:37Great for your health.
00:02:39Try one.
00:02:39Dorian, I remembered you liked that violet gold soft armor.
00:02:42I've already had the tailor start on it.
00:02:44It'll be ready in a couple of days.
00:02:45Dorian has great talent and knows how to carry himself.
00:02:48Adopted or not, he's House Kulun's future.
00:02:54My lord, my lady, Master Corvin has returned.
00:03:02You're back.
00:03:03Go wash up and put on something deacon.
00:03:06Don't stand there like an eyesore.
00:03:08Now that you're back, keep your head down.
00:03:10Don't embarrass this family.
00:03:12So you must be my brother, Corvin.
00:03:14I'm Dorian.
00:03:15Let's get along, yeah?
00:03:16Corvin, you're our biological son.
00:03:19There's no question about that.
00:03:21But Dorian is your brother too, and you're the older one.
00:03:24Sometimes that means giving a little.
00:03:26And don't worry.
00:03:27We know you've had a hard life.
00:03:29We'll make it up to you.
00:03:35I thought coming back to my birth family would bring more warmth to my life.
00:03:40Instead, this place is colder than my foster parents' hut ever was.
00:03:45Corvin, you've been training hard.
00:03:47Come have some soup while it's hot.
00:03:49Look at you.
00:03:51Talented, hardworking.
00:03:53You'll do great things one day, boy.
00:03:55But don't push yourself too hard, okay?
00:03:57You've got to take care of yourself.
00:04:19Corvin, you just got back.
00:04:21You're used to living on simple food, so let's not spoil you all at once.
00:04:25Your mother's right.
00:04:30Father, mother.
00:04:31I qualified for the Academy's Gold Tier Mentor Seminar.
00:04:34It's a huge honor.
00:04:35I just need 500 gold to cover the cost.
00:04:37Would you be willing to help me?
00:04:39500 gold?
00:04:40Corvin, you just came home and you're already asking us for money.
00:04:43We barely know what you've been doing all these years.
00:04:45How are we supposed to know what you'll really spend it on?
00:04:47Your mother's right.
00:04:48A little hardship builds character.
00:04:50You can't expect the family to hand you everything.
00:04:53Exactly.
00:04:55Dorian's always earned his own way.
00:04:57Unlike you, yapping for gold before you've even settled in.
00:05:01You've just returned and you're already an embarrassment.
00:05:07Father, mother, don't be upset.
00:05:09I actually picked up a wolf god statue today, carved from ice crystal.
00:05:12It was only a thousand gold coins.
00:05:14Absolutely gorgeous.
00:05:15Let me show you.
00:05:21It's stunning.
00:05:23Dorian, you've always had such good taste.
00:05:25Money well spent.
00:05:28A man should learn to appreciate the arts.
00:05:30Excellent, Dorian.
00:05:37But I worked so hard for this.
00:05:39I finally earned my chance.
00:05:40I can't lose this now.
00:05:41I promise I'll find a way to pay you back.
00:05:43No!
00:05:43We don't have any money for that.
00:05:45If you're so capable, go earn it yourself.
00:05:48Be a man.
00:05:48Don't try to bleed this family for money.
00:05:51Corvin, need a loan?
00:05:53I can do that.
00:05:54Just, you know, with interest.
00:06:03I understand.
00:06:06Goodness, the temper on him.
00:06:08He must have been raised by wolves.
00:06:10Enough!
00:06:11Leave him be.
00:06:12Dorian.
00:06:13Go on with what you were saying.
00:06:43Corvin, here.
00:06:44This is my own spending money.
00:06:46About 700 gold.
00:06:47Take it.
00:06:48Tell me if you need more.
00:06:49Sabrina, I...
00:06:51I can't take your money.
00:06:52You're my brother.
00:06:53I ought to look after you.
00:06:55Don't worry about it.
00:07:06Just a little more, and I'll break through to Silvertier.
00:07:22How could this happen?
00:07:24The transformation's gone out of control.
00:07:46Sabrina.
00:08:01Who is it?
00:08:02Please, help me.
00:08:11Sabrina, looks like your training backfired.
00:08:15Don't worry, your little brother's here to help.
00:08:24You've always treated me the best.
00:08:27Tonight, let me pay you back.
00:08:29Properly.
00:08:33You monster!
00:08:35I'm your sister!
00:08:36Not by blood.
00:08:46No.
00:08:47No, I can't let her tell anyone.
00:08:54No, I can't let her tell anyone.
00:09:04It...
00:09:05It was your own fault.
00:09:06Your training went wrong.
00:09:08I had nothing to do with it.
00:09:10Nothing.
00:09:22Sabrina!
00:09:27Her wolf soul is about to shatter.
00:09:30But my powers are sealed and there's no time to call for help.
00:09:36But Krytos taught me that a primal wolf soul can shield a dissolving one.
00:09:39But it'll damage my own foundation.
00:09:45Sabrina.
00:09:47Hold on.
00:09:57Good.
00:09:59She seems...
00:10:01stable.
00:10:02But I don't know when she'll wake up.
00:10:12Quick!
00:10:14Someone, quick!
00:10:15I just passed the training chamber.
00:10:17I heard Sabrina scream.
00:10:19And I saw...
00:10:20I saw Koraval attacking her.
00:10:22What?
00:10:24Master Koraval, he...
00:10:25Call my parents now!
00:10:27Now!
00:10:29Sabrina was covered in blood!
00:10:32We might already be too late!
00:10:41She's right in there!
00:10:43Sabrina!
00:10:44Sabrina!
00:10:46Sabrina!
00:10:48My baby!
00:10:51Was...
00:10:52Was he drinking her blood?
00:10:54Like a filthy vampire?
00:10:56That's barbaric!
00:10:57You animal!
00:10:59How dare you do this to your own sister!
00:11:02No.
00:11:03I was saving her.
00:11:06Her wolf soul was about to shatter.
00:11:10I gave her some of my own power.
00:11:16You animal!
00:11:17You hurt my daughter and now you're trying to talk your way out of it?
00:11:20Don't give me that.
00:11:22I was saving her nonsense.
00:11:24She just caught you before you could finish the crime.
00:11:26How could you do this?
00:11:29She's your own sister!
00:11:31Father, mother, I saw it.
00:11:33Corwin was on top of Sabina and she was fighting him off.
00:11:36I wanted to go in.
00:11:37I swear I did, but I panicked.
00:11:38So I ran to get help.
00:11:40I should have done more.
00:11:42I should have saved her.
00:11:43You.
00:11:44You were lying through your teeth.
00:11:46When I got here she was already...
00:11:48Silence!
00:11:49Get Sabina out and call the physician now.
00:11:53Take this monster to the council.
00:11:55Let the elders deal with him.
00:11:57Her wolf soul only just stabilized.
00:11:59Don't move her.
00:12:01Use a warm stone right away.
00:12:03Shut up!
00:12:04Haven't you done enough?
00:12:07Ever since you came back you've brought nothing but misery to this family.
00:12:18That animal was gone for over a decade and the second he's back he tries to murder his own sister.
00:12:28Corvin, do you understand your crime?
00:12:30I have not committed any crime.
00:12:32My sister was attacked by someone.
00:12:34When I arrived she was already at the edge of death.
00:12:36I gave her some of my own primal soul power to save her life.
00:12:39Lies!
00:12:40You're the one who hurt my daughter.
00:12:42You only came back just to ruin House Kellan, didn't you?
00:12:45Elders, punish him severely.
00:12:46It's my failure as a mother.
00:12:48It's House Kellan's shame to bear.
00:12:50To think House Kellan would produce a son like this.
00:12:53Elders, I ask that you judge him according to clan law and show no leniency.
00:12:58Elders, I saw it myself.
00:13:00I was passing the training chamber when I saw Corvin on top of Sabina.
00:13:03She was fighting him off.
00:13:04I panicked.
00:13:06I ran to get help but by the time I came back it was too late.
00:13:08Sabina, I'm so sorry.
00:13:10You're lying.
00:13:11When I arrived she was already unconscious, bleeding and her clothes were torn.
00:13:15Someone else attacked her and fled.
00:13:17Someone else?
00:13:17It was clearly you and you still dare deny it.
00:13:20We fed you and clothed you and this is how you repay us with something so monstrous.
00:13:26Fed and clothed me?
00:13:27All I've ever gotten is a bowl of gruv.
00:13:29I don't even have a decent shirt to put on.
00:13:31Shut up!
00:13:33You should be grateful we even let you back into this family.
00:13:37Enough.
00:13:38Since the stories conflict, we'll let the bloodline test decide.
00:13:41A pure bloodline reflects a pure character.
00:13:43If Corvin's bloodline ranks high enough, he'll be cleared.
00:13:48There are six recognized bloodline grades.
00:13:51Purple, cyan, blue, yellow, red and orange.
00:13:55Above them is the legendary gold.
00:13:58Dorian, you first.
00:14:21Orange!
00:14:22He has an orange bloodline!
00:14:25My god!
00:14:26Marantza hasn't seen an orange bloodline in a century!
00:14:28Orange is wolf king grade.
00:14:30Only his majesty the wolf god outranks it.
00:14:33And he's gold.
00:14:34The High Wolf Court's four generals are all orange grade.
00:14:37Dorian!
00:14:38My wonderful son!
00:14:39You're a prodigy!
00:14:40The family's pride and glory!
00:14:42Excellent!
00:14:43Excellent!
00:14:45House Calhoun finally has an heir!
00:14:47Father, mother, I just got lucky.
00:14:49I'll keep working harder.
00:14:51I won't let this family down.
00:14:52Orange grade bloodline.
00:14:54A gift like that appears once in a century.
00:14:57Dorian's character is clearly pure.
00:15:00He could never have done something like this.
00:15:03Corvin, your turn.
00:15:18Elder, I just exhausted my own primal power to save my sister's life.
00:15:21I...
00:15:21No excuses.
00:15:23If your bloodline is truly pure, the stone will respond regardless of any depletion.
00:15:27Now hand.
00:15:42I can't even register the lowest grade.
00:15:45What a complete failure.
00:15:47That's it?
00:15:48That's it?
00:15:48And he thought he could compare himself to Master Dorian?
00:15:50What a joke!
00:15:52Ha ha ha ha!
00:15:53Worthless!
00:15:54How could House Kellon produce trash like this?
00:15:56He's no son of mine!
00:15:58Elders, punish him severely!
00:15:59Strip him and cast him out!
00:16:01Brother, your bloodline may be lacking.
00:16:03But if you just kept your head down, we would have taken care of you all the same.
00:16:06Why be jealous of me and hurt Sabrina on top of it?
00:16:10I didn't.
00:16:15Corvin's bloodline is void, his nature vile, and he stands accused of attempted assault.
00:16:19By clan law, he is stripped of the Kelloon name and will be thrown into the dungeon.
00:16:23His final sentence will be decided once Sabrina awakens.
00:16:26House Kelloon has no son like him.
00:16:29Throw him out!
00:16:30Cast him out of House Kellon!
00:16:37His core is nearly spent, yet he's still alive.
00:16:40And there's a faint gold light in his wolf soul.
00:16:44Something isn't right.
00:16:49Why?
00:16:50I used up nearly all my primal soul power just to save her.
00:16:53And you all...
00:16:54Krelos taught me that a wolf's primal soul is its most precious power.
00:16:57Once spent, it damages the foundation of one's power.
00:17:00But I don't regret saving Sabina.
00:17:02She's the only person in this family who ever showed me any warmth.
00:17:17So you truly did burn your own primal soul to shield someone else's.
00:17:21That's what left you like this.
00:17:23Do you believe I'm guilty too, Elder?
00:17:26I believe in proof.
00:17:28Come with me.
00:17:29There are things I need to ask you alone.
00:17:41Why help me?
00:17:42Because a fool who'd burn his own primal soul to save someone doesn't strike me as the kind of monster
00:17:47who'd assault his own sister.
00:17:57You said that when you reached the chamber, Sabrina's clothes were already torn, which means the true attacker had fled
00:18:02before you arrived. Is that right?
00:18:05Yes. Before I entered, I saw a shadow near the courtyard, but I was too focused on saving her to
00:18:10get a good look. Then Dorian burst in with everyone else.
00:18:15I'll conduct an investigation. If what you say is true, it will come out.
00:18:19One more thing. In the council hall today, the testing stone read nothing from your bloodline.
00:18:23I want to test you again with the ancestral wolf bone, our council's sacred relic.
00:18:30But my primal soul is more than half depleted. Testing now my-
00:18:33The ancestral wolf bone measures the nature of your blood, not the strength of your primal soul.
00:18:38If your bloodline is real, it will respond regardless. Put your hand on it.
00:19:04This, this is the legendary supreme wolf god bloodline. Far beyond orange, beyond anything.
00:19:17Young master, no, my lord wolf god. I've gravely offended you earlier. Punish me as you see fit.
00:19:23Elder, what are you? I'm just Corwin. I-
00:19:25But the blood in your veins is the supreme wolf god bloodline, lost to our people for a thousand years.
00:19:31You are Marensa's future. No, the future ruler of all wolf kin. So that's my true bloodline.
00:19:40Corwin carries the bloodline of the supreme wolf god. I've served as an elder for more than 70 years,
00:19:48and never once have I seen the ancestral bone manifest the image of the wolf god. It's something
00:19:54I've only ever heard of in legends. What? The supreme wolf god bloodline? You mean the one from the prophecy?
00:20:00Yes. The supreme wolf god bloodline has returned to this world.
00:20:10All hail the supreme wolf god.
00:20:23Your bloodline is destiny itself. The council will begin preparations for your coronation as
00:20:29the wolf god at once, and report this to the high wolf court, to his majesty the wolf god himself.
00:20:37Approved. His majesty has approved it. An event this momentous, I will come myself. By the end of the
00:20:44month, I will place the crown on his head with my own hand. His majesty is coming in person.
00:20:53This is an incredible honor. We need to prepare accordingly. Everything has to be perfect.
00:21:00Why does the wolf god's voice sound just like Krylos?
00:21:09His majesty the wolf god is coming to Maransa in person!
00:21:14Did you hear? His majesty is coming to House Cologne.
00:21:17Of course. He must be coming for Master Dorian. An orange-grade bloodline like him only appears once in a
00:21:23century. His majesty must be coming to crown him as the next wolf god!
00:21:27This is it. House Cologne is about to rise above every other family. Master Dorian's going to be the next
00:21:32wolf god!
00:21:42Father, mother, nothing's official yet. I don't deserve such praise.
00:21:47Don't be ridiculous! Who else could it be? You have an orange bloodline!
00:21:53His majesty must be coming here for your... Dorian, this is your moment!
00:21:58Excellent! Excellent! House Cologne's entire glory rests on you now. Quick, spread the word!
00:22:05Lanterns, decorations, invite everyone! This must be done in grand style!
00:22:09Did you hear? Corvan's been released. Apparently there wasn't enough evidence to hold him.
00:22:17So what if he's walking free now? He hurt my precious daughter. I won't let him get away with it.
00:22:24Corvan should be at House Cologne by now. All these years, I trained him so he could step into the
00:22:29place
00:22:29he was always meant for. I wouldn't miss his coronation for anything. Then I'll come with you,
00:22:35your majesty. He will be the wolf quid's future hope. The next supreme wolf god.
00:22:43Dorian, after tonight, every wolf in the kingdom will know your name. The armor I had made for you
00:22:50will be delivered to your room later tonight. It's violet gold. Wear it to your coronation. I want
00:22:55every noble wolf to see you in it. Sisters, you're all so good to me. I promise I'll return this
00:23:03kindness
00:23:03one day. My son, you're finally about to rise above everyone. You may be adopted, but in my heart,
00:23:13you are my true son. So you finally decided to show up. Stay out of the way and watch your
00:23:25brother get
00:23:25crowned tonight. You're both our sons. So how did one of you turn out so well and the other like
00:23:30this?
00:23:31Well, Corvan, your brother's about to become the wolf god. Aren't you even going to congratulate him?
00:23:36He won't be the next wolf god.
00:23:43Shut up. If he's not the next wolf god, then who is? You? Please. You're just jealous. You could learn
00:23:50a thing or two from Dorian. At least he's got some class. Class? Sabrina is still lying unconscious
00:23:57in her bed and you're all throwing a celebration? Did everyone forget her? How dare you bring her up?
00:24:03You're the one who hurt her. If not for you- For the last time, I didn't do it. I
00:24:10went there to save her.
00:24:14Enough. You're still making excuses after everything? You've really disappointed me.
00:24:20I was so excited for my brother to come home. I even gave you a piece of wolf marrow. You
00:24:25ungrateful bastard.
00:24:28Wolf marrow? What wolf marrow? Three days after you returned,
00:24:33I immediately sent the steward to deliver you a homecoming gift.
00:24:40It was a piece of wolf marrow. A rare wind attribute one. Worth three thousand gold.
00:24:47I never received any wolf marrow. Unbelievable. You take something that valuable and now you're
00:24:54pretending you never got it? I had our steward, Locke, deliver it myself.
00:24:59Locke!
00:25:02My lady. Tell everyone. You gave him the wolf marrow, didn't you? He's denying it right now.
00:25:11My lady. I never gave the wolf marrow to Master Corwin. Lady Victoria ordered me to give it to Master
00:25:19Dorian.
00:25:23What did you say? I've served House Kellan for 40 years. I've never disobeyed an order.
00:25:34When Lady Victoria gave me the wind wolf marrow, she told me herself,
00:25:37that boy's been gone too long. We don't know what kind of person he is now. Something this valuable
00:25:42can't go to him. Give it to Dorian. I cannot go against her, so I... I...
00:25:50Mother, you gave my wolf marmaine to Dorian? I... I didn't know what kind of person he'd become out there.
00:25:58Who knows what he'd do with something that valuable? Dorian has real talent. I thought he'd make better use of
00:26:05it.
00:26:06I was thinking of our family. Then what about the treasure I gave you for Corvin?
00:26:12I handed it to you myself, Mother. You said you'd give it to him. I thought it could help strengthen
00:26:17his blood.
00:26:19I... I was worried he'd just squander it, so I... You gave that to Dorian too?
00:26:26I just assumed you'd both already given him money, so I... I didn't give him anything.
00:26:34Why bring up the past now? I couldn't even get 500 gold for the symposium?
00:26:40That wolf marrow, that treasure? I never saw any of it. Are you really my family?
00:26:48My own blood?
00:26:51Corvin, if father and mother chose not to give it to you, maybe you should ask yourself why?
00:26:56Your bloodline's already worthless. Anything they gave you would have gone to waste.
00:27:01Instead of blaming everyone else, maybe think about how to make amends.
00:27:05Make amends?
00:27:07I shattered my own primal wolf soul to save Sabrina. My foundation is wrecked,
00:27:11and none of you even asked me what happened. You just threw me in a dungeon, and now you want
00:27:16me to make amends.
00:27:19What crime did I ever commit? And do you actually believe he's the wolf god?
00:27:24Ungrateful wretch. Do you know how important this day is? How dare you make a scene?
00:27:30I was 500 gold short for the gold mentorship symposium, and you said there was no money!
00:27:36Meanwhile, Dorian blew a thousand on an ice crystal statue that cost a thousand gold!
00:27:41You said you couldn't trust me, your own biological son, and you go and give everything good to him!
00:27:46You lost me when I was just an infant. I could have died out there in the wilderness,
00:27:50but thankfully my foster parents found me. We had nothing, but it was a home, a warm, loving family.
00:27:56But you all...
00:27:58Ever since I've returned, all I've felt is cold contempt. Not once did you make me feel like I was
00:28:03your son.
00:28:04Since that's the case, why bring me back?
00:28:07I was the one who decided to give those things to Dorian. That was my decision, not his.
00:28:13Don't start blaming him for everything!
00:28:15Even now, your first instinct is still to protect him.
00:28:18Do you have any idea what he almost did to Sabrina?
00:28:21That's enough!
00:28:21One more lie about me, and you'll regret it, Corvin.
00:28:25If you've got nothing to hide, why are you so afraid to let me finish?
00:28:29And as for the coronation, I just hope you're all ready for what comes next.
00:28:37I think you've lost your mind. Then again, I guess failures always need an excuse.
00:28:42That's right. Dorian is the next wolf god. He's an orange bloodline, the highest grade in all
00:28:48of Marenza right now.
00:28:49Exactly. Dorian makes this family proud. But you?
00:28:52You're supposed to be our brother too, so how did you turn out so disappointing?
00:28:56Corwin, it's not that I don't care about you. It's just that Dorian has always been so considerate,
00:29:01sweet, and easy to trust. We can't just turn our backs on him now.
00:29:05Dorian will carry House Kellan's glory forward.
00:29:10Right. Dorian gets the praise, the trust, the future, everything.
00:29:15I'm your real son, but I'm clearly the outsider here.
00:29:19Fine. I get it now.
00:29:22The High Wolf Court procession has arrived!
00:29:31Finally. From this moment on, I'm the next Supreme Wolf God.
00:29:35House K'loon will rise because of me.
00:29:59Elders, House Kellan welcomes you. I, Dorian Kellan, just tested as an orange rank.
00:30:04I suppose that makes me the next Wolf God.
00:30:06Orange rank? Do you think that makes you the Wolf God?
00:30:12Oh, Elder, there must be some mistake. Dorian tested orange rank.
00:30:34The High Wolf Court's council pays homage to his highness, the Wolf God.
00:30:41Wolf God!
00:30:55No. You have the wrong person. Dorian is orange rank. Corwin couldn't even register on the testing stone.
00:31:00Elder Theodore, this is no small matter. Please reconsider.
00:31:03Corwin only recently joined the family after being lost for over a decade,
00:31:06and his bloodline test showed nothing at all. How could he possibly be the next Wolf God?
00:31:10Elder Elders, surely there's been some mistake.
00:31:13Everyone here saw Corwin's test. The stone didn't react at all.
00:31:16A decision this important can't be based on some trick.
00:31:19A trick? All twelve of us saw it with our own eyes.
00:31:23The Ancestral Wolf Bone manifested the Wolf God himself, and golden light filled the sky.
00:31:28So tell me, what kind of trick could fool the Ancestral Wolf Bone?
00:31:33The Ancestral Wolf Bone? No one's stirred that thing in a thousand years.
00:31:38Who's to say it hasn't gone wrong with age? There must be dark magic at work.
00:31:42Watch your tongue! The Ancestral Wolf Bone was bestowed by His Majesty himself.
00:31:47You have no right to question it.
00:31:53You can't do this to Dorian. He's the prodigy.
00:32:01He's the one meant to become the Wolf God.
00:32:05Corwin may be my own son, but he must have used some kind of dark magic.
00:32:15And I won't defend him just because I'm his mother.
00:32:20Elders, House Kellan will not accept you crowning a man who wouldn't even test above Grey as the next Wolf
00:32:27God.
00:32:28That's right! We refuse to accept it!
00:32:42Right? This morning Corvan couldn't even register a rank, and now we're supposed to believe he's the next Wolf God?
00:32:48Master Dorian might be right. What if this really is some kind of dark magic?
00:32:53Exactly. Who is he to suddenly become the Wolf God?
00:32:58Dark magic. The Ancestral Wolf Bone was bestowed by His Majesty himself.
00:33:03No one has awakened it in a thousand years.
00:33:05So tell me, what kind of dark magic could make it reveal the Wolf God?
00:33:10Maybe someone tampered with it, or maybe someone on the Council's been bribed-
00:33:14Watch your tongue! You're merely the adopted son of House Kellan, and you dare accuse the Council of corruption?!
00:33:19Grand Elder, forgive him! Dorian spoke out of turn, but today's events truly are hard to believe.
00:33:23If we do not conduct another test in public, I doubt any of Morensim's four clans will accept this.
00:33:29Yes! Test him again! Corvan may be my son, but I won't defend him if he's lying.
00:33:36I request another test. If he can truly stir the Ancestral Bone, I, Dorian Kellan, will kneel on the spot
00:33:45and submit to any punishment you see fit.
00:33:47But, if he cannot, I ask this Council to charge him with fraud and usurping the Wolf God title!
00:33:54Test him again! Test him again! Test him again!
00:34:00Fine. Since none of you will rest until you see it, I'll give you exactly what you're asking for.
00:34:07Bring the Ancestral Wolf bone.
00:34:22Don't worry, Mother. His primal soul's already wrecked. Whatever trick he pulled, it won't hold up a second time.
00:34:29That's my boy. I always knew you were the best one.
00:34:33Hmm? Go on. Let everyone see clearly, once and for all, who you really are.
00:34:58Oooo!
00:35:03Oooo!
00:35:14this is impossible it's dark magic it has to be dark magic i don't believe it i don't
00:35:21only one bloodline can force every wolf queen to their knees the supreme wolf gods
00:35:27you wanted to see for yourself well here it is do any still dare to call this dark magic
00:35:33no this has to be some trick he paid you off all of you i want to see his majesty
00:35:39he'll know the
00:35:40truth i'm orange rank i'm the one who's supposed to be the next wolf god don't let him fool you
00:35:45he came back only to seize everything house kellen has he assaulted our sister bewitched
00:35:49the council with dark magic and now he wants to steal my title
00:35:56yes bring his majesty here he'll see the truth dorian is the real prodigy corvin must have
00:36:02cheated somehow if the council insist on crowning corvin house kellen will never accept it his
00:36:11majesty is already on his way we'll know for certain whether this is dark cratch or not once
00:36:15he arrives i only hope none of you come to regret this regret once his majesty gets here he'll
00:36:22know who the real chosen one is corvin couldn't even register a rank he's nothing right once
00:36:27his majesty arrives everything will be clear his majesty will surely set things right for master
00:36:32dorian my son his majesty must be coming for you an orange grade bloodline only appears once in a
00:36:40century this is your destiny when his majesty arrives mind your manners state your rank first
00:36:45then your loyalty he'll be well pleased dorian are you are you sure about this why do i feel like
00:36:52the council isn't lying shut up what do you know dorian is house kellen's future corvin is nothing but an
00:36:58outsider are you two really going to turn against your own family for him don't worry sisters the whole
00:37:05city shook the day i tested orange if his majesty truly comes of course it's for me that nobody's
00:37:12nothing but a joke once his majesty gets here everything will fall into place
00:37:24report general ryan has arrived ahead of his majesty on his personal order
00:37:29general ryan one of the four wolf king generals dark gold rank among his majesty's most trusted
00:37:38commanders if he was sent ahead personally then his majesty is taking this very seriously
00:37:45mother he's here general ryan must be coming for me
00:37:49i'm an orange rank the court couldn't possibly overlook that
00:37:53yes yes my son your moment has come
00:38:06who is corvin
00:38:09i am
00:38:34you're the one who stirred the ancestral wolf bone
00:38:47general ryan i'm dorian i tested orange rank the entire city saw it corvin couldn't even register
00:38:54gray that same day then somehow awakened the ancestral wolf bone that night
00:38:58you have to admit general that doesn't add up
00:39:01i've already heard about this but i don't put my trust in one man's word or a single shard of
00:39:08bone
00:39:14what do you mean by that general
00:39:17the ancestral wolf bone is a sacred relic from his majesty himself how could it be faked
00:39:22i'm not questioning the relic but his majesty once told me something few people know
00:39:27when he was young someone tampered with his testing stone
00:39:31he tested gray and nearly lost his title because of it
00:39:34he only cleared his name during the wolf star trial
00:39:37when his own power called down the wolf star's light
00:39:40so one test alone isn't enough to settle this
00:39:42if neither side will back down we'll do it the old way
00:39:44a wolf star trial
00:39:47you two will fight inside a domain of my making
00:39:50using nothing but your own bloodline and strength
00:39:52one fight
00:39:53then we'll know who truly has the greater power
00:39:56general
00:39:57corvin's primal soul was badly damaged saving his sister
00:40:00a duel now would hardly be
00:40:01the wolf star trial tests bloodline alone
00:40:03it does not decide life or death
00:40:05i'll suppress every outside force within the domain myself
00:40:07if his blood is truly supreme even in his weakened state
00:40:10he won't lose to an orange
00:40:11or are you saying
00:40:12you're afraid
00:40:16general my brother's still recovering
00:40:18i worry if i strike too hard i might hurt him
00:40:22yes general
00:40:23dorian shouldn't have to risk getting hurt over this
00:40:25he's already proven his bloodline
00:40:27surely there's no need for a fight
00:40:28i know where to draw the line
00:40:29the wolf star trial tests the power of one's bloodline
00:40:32as long as he refuses to concede the fight continues
00:40:38do you accept
00:40:39i accept
00:40:41good
00:40:42to the training grounds then
00:40:44to the training grounds then
00:40:47to the training grounds then
00:41:17once you're inside the barrier will suppress everything but your own power
00:41:31i'm at peak silver tier power and with that secret drug i can briefly burst to stum gold tier
00:41:37corvin today's your last day
00:41:39master dorian you've got this
00:41:41look at that presence
00:41:43how could that wash out corvin compare
00:41:46that's my boy
00:41:48show everyone what you're made of
00:42:00corvin there's still time to concede
00:42:02but if you still want to fight
00:42:04don't blame me for what happens next
00:42:05sabrina's still unconscious she can't tell anyone what really happened
00:42:09if this fight is what it takes to expose you
00:42:11i'm not backing down
00:42:21well struck teach him a lesson
00:42:35seems far too weak
00:42:37was there really something wrong with the bone
00:42:47pathetic you never stood a chance
00:42:49i'll send you off for good
00:42:51looks like there was something wrong with the ancestral wolf bones reading
00:42:55good thing i insisted on another test
00:43:08corvin i'm sealing your power for one month
00:43:10use this time to refine your skills
00:43:12when the seal lifts your power will climb to a whole new level
00:43:15but until then you'll be no stronger than an ordinary man
00:43:19one month it's up
00:43:23you
00:43:25do
00:43:25well
00:43:25it
00:43:39Oh, my God.
00:44:03his wolf star fury it's taken physical form that's not supposed to be possible
00:44:11so that's it krios you planned this all along what was it you said send me off for good
00:44:35no no way you were barely standing a second ago you can't be too loud
00:44:54how how is this possible
00:45:07enough we have our answer
00:45:11only the supreme wolf god bloodline can do that
00:45:13no dorian my dorian what dark magic did you use on him you you must have mother even now you're
00:45:20still dismissing this as dark magic a month ago i burnt through my own primal soul and you threw
00:45:25me in a dungeon for it now that i've unleashed my true power you're calling it dark magic
00:45:30no matter what i do will i never be worthy of the kellun name corvin i'm so sorry
00:45:38before i there's no need i've heard about what happened to you they finally got their own son back
00:45:45and still cast him aside for the one they adopted house kellun huh
00:45:51what a pack of fools you're a traitor you hid your power to get inside this family played weak the
00:46:00whole time and now this you're a vampire spy general ryan elders think about it he vanished for over a
00:46:10decade came back hiding what he could really do then went after sabrina you really think that's all a
00:46:18coincidence
00:46:22he has to be working for the vampires why else hide his power all this time
00:46:28why reveal it only now
00:46:32he came here to infiltrate morenza and bring down the high wolf court
00:46:36that actually does make sense
00:46:38right how did he suddenly get this strong even the general said there's no need to test further
00:46:43if he really is a vampire spy i may be weaker than him but at least i earned my orange
00:46:51grade bloodline
00:46:52through honest hard work all i ask is that the court investigate this man thoroughly for my sister
00:47:00sabrina for house kellun for all wolf bitch yes investigate him he might a vampire spy house
00:47:07kellun has never produced a bloodline like this he is not my son my son couldn't possibly carry blood
00:47:15this strong dorian may be reaching but he does have a point a child disappears for years then comes
00:47:22back with a bloodline beyond orange beyond anything we've ever seen something about this doesn't add up
00:47:29elder theodore what's your take if koravan were a vampire spy how could he stir the ancestral wolf bone
00:47:37how could his wolf star fury take physical form how could all 12 of us feel that same crushing pressure
00:47:45in
00:47:46our blood vampire dark era and wolf god blood are as incompatible as fire and water there's no
00:47:53confusing the two maybe the vampires developed some new dark magic to interfere with our sacred relics
00:48:00insolence the ancestral wolf bone is a gift from his majesty himself
00:48:07if the vampires could truly tamper with such a thing our people would already be dead
00:48:13spout such nonsense again and i'll charge you with insulting the wolf god this decision isn't mine to make
00:48:21but it has reminded me of an important question why did you hide your strength at all
00:48:36i'll speak in behalf
00:48:49sabrina
00:48:52sabrina you're awake quick tell everyone who hurt you was it this monster
00:49:01sabrina you're finally awake i was worried sick tell everyone that night
00:49:07was it corlan who was it coravan that night in the chamber you were the one who tore my clothes
00:49:14you were the one who struck me down and nearly killed me dorian how long are you going to keep
00:49:20this up
00:49:25you're lying corwin put you under some vampire curse he's controlling you those aren't even your own words
00:49:32i'm cursed then why don't i tell everyone what really happened that night
00:49:41that night i was trying to push my powers to silvertir but my bloodline spiraled out of control
00:49:47dorian came in saw i had no way to fight back and tried to force himself on me
00:49:51i used the last of my strength to push him away
00:49:53but he used a fatal attack on me trying to silence me for good corvin found me after
00:50:01he shielded my heart with his own primal soul power
00:50:05that's where this bruise came from and it's the only reason i'm still alive
00:50:09and though i was in a coma i could still hear everything
00:50:12i heard them drag corvin away heard you all calling him a monster heard dorian playing innocent
00:50:17everything i fought with everything i had to wake up to speak for him but i couldn't even lift an
00:50:25eyelid
00:50:26all i could do was listen listen as you all condemned corvin threw him in a dungeon
00:50:32while the real monster stood among you being hailed as the future wolf god
00:50:42dearian do you dare before his majesty's own boy before this council before the whole clan
00:50:48swear on the wolf star itself
00:50:54can you swear on your own blood on your own life that you never laid a hand on me that
00:50:59night
00:51:08she's asked you a question answer it
00:51:13no no it's not she's remembering it wrong her training went wrong and she must have
00:51:18hallucinated yes it's all a hallucination corvin must have done something to her they're in on it
00:51:23together we can easily verify whether the handprint on sabrina's chest matches the technique you just
00:51:29used in the barrier are you still going to lie about it enough dorian sabrina named you
00:51:35herself and the mark on her chest can prove it and you're still trying to pin this on corvin
00:51:40he's the one you framed you're the one who should be answering for this
00:51:44it was dorian all along my god he shattered her wolf soul that's monstrous
00:51:52master dorian always seemed so gentle and kind how could he
00:52:00no impossible dorian he how could he
00:52:13corvin i'm sorry i should have been here sooner you're not too late
00:52:18sis you're here now that's all that matters
00:52:33how touching brother and sister reunited truth finally exposed
00:52:43fine if you all want me to play the villain then i'll take the damn stage
00:53:00fine then i've got nothing left to lose corvin why did you have to come back
00:53:04why couldn't you have just died out there if you'd stayed gone i'd still be house kellen's prology
00:53:11i'd still be the dorian everyone adored i'd be the next wolf god
00:53:16you ruined everything no the moment you laid a hand on my sister
00:53:20you ruined it yourself dorian anything left to say
00:53:25what is there left to say now winners write the story losers take the blame
00:53:31but do you really think this is over
00:53:36you're coming with me to face judgment
00:53:42judgment from you
00:53:46everyone get back
00:53:48oh
00:53:48oh
00:53:48oh
00:53:48oh
00:53:48oh
00:53:56Let's go.
00:54:35This. This is the eight-headed serpent. Dark gold tier power. He's one of the last survivors of the Blood
00:54:41Serpent clan.
00:54:42Dorian was. A sleeper agent planted inside House Kellan by the Blood Serpent clan.
00:54:51An eight-headed serpent. Perfect. I've been itching to cut down a dark gold tier monster.
00:55:24Peak dark gold rank.
00:55:51This venom corrodes even the wolf god's blood.
00:55:55Everyone, protect the wolf god with your lives.
00:55:58There's still twelve of us. Even if every one of us dies here today, this monster will not get one
00:56:03step closer to the wolf god.
00:56:06Corvik, you think you're the chosen one? You think you can rise by stepping over me?
00:56:11Here's what you don't understand. I only tested orange because I was holding back.
00:56:16I've been waiting for this day. Waiting to devour the supreme wolf god bloodline inside you.
00:56:25It's over. It's over. Peak dark gold power. We're all going to die here.
00:56:32Dorian! I'm your mother! You can't!
00:56:41Mother? Ha! I was planted in Daos Kellan by the Blood Serpent clan.
00:56:46I've been hiding here for over a decade. Did you really think I ever saw you as my mother?
00:56:52What a family of fools. Utterly devoted to an adopted son, indifferent to your own flesh and blood.
00:57:00Truth is, I was manipulating you idiots the whole time.
00:57:04Time. Now, that wolf god blood is mine.
00:57:21All of you, get back.
00:58:00This is the wolf god's soul in the flesh.
00:58:05The legendary rank.
00:58:16Eight-headed serpent.
00:58:17This ends here.
00:58:42No. Impossible. I'm Dark Gold Tear. I'm the Eight-Headed Serpent.
00:58:48I am the greatest Praji my clan has produced in a thousand years.
00:58:53This is the power of the wolf god, unrivaled under heaven.
00:59:04This is for Sabrina.
00:59:05This is for Sabrina.
00:59:20Why? How could you?
00:59:22Because when someone has something worth protecting, you'd be surprised how strong they can become.
00:59:28Not bad at all.
00:59:30Now this is my son.
00:59:57One month.
00:59:59Right on time.
01:00:00Kralos.
01:00:01Father.
01:00:02Mother.
01:00:05Greetings to his majesty, the wolf god.
01:00:23I, General Rhyne, pay homage to his majesty, the wolf god.
01:00:27We pay homage to his majesty, the wolf god.
01:00:31We pay homage to his majesty, the wolf god.
01:00:37We pay homage to his majesty, the wolf god.
01:01:06You... saw everything?
01:01:08You're my son.
01:01:09I raised you as my own.
01:01:10How could I not know what you've been through?
01:01:12I sent you back, so you could reconnect with your birth family.
01:01:16I never imagined this pack of fools would...
01:01:22Maybe this was for the best.
01:01:24You learned who people truly are.
01:01:25And when everything was against you, you still broke through the seal.
01:01:30Coravin.
01:01:31This past month, you made me proud.
01:01:36Ryan.
01:01:39Yes, your majesty.
01:01:41That serpent was peak dark gold tear.
01:01:43And you're one of my four generals.
01:01:45You should have been able to handle it.
01:01:47When we get back, report to the purgatory grounds.
01:01:50Yes, your majesty.
01:01:51I will accept whatever punishment you see fit.
01:01:53Still, pushing for the wolf star trial did help Coravin break through his seal.
01:01:58I'll give you credit for that.
01:02:00Three days in the purgatory grounds should settle it.
01:02:03Thank you for your great mercy, your majesty.
01:02:07Eighteen years ago, while patrolling Maransa's northern border, I found an infant in the mountains, nearly swept away by a
01:02:13flood.
01:02:13That child's blood was so pure, it astonished even me.
01:02:17I brought him back to my hut and raised him myself.
01:02:20For eighteen years, I never told him who I was.
01:02:23I let him grow up like any ordinary boy, training, suffering, learning.
01:02:27He is my son.
01:02:29He is also House Kellan's firstborn son.
01:02:33Yet how did you all treat him?
01:02:35Y-your majesty, I-
01:02:36You fed him cold gruval.
01:02:38Couldn't even spare five hundred gold.
01:02:41Treated your own flesh and blood like a stray while you cradled a blood serpent spy in your arms.
01:02:47House Kellan, you really are something.
01:02:54Theodore, read it aloud.
01:03:04Your majesty, listen.
01:03:07Read it.
01:03:08By decree of Cririus, seventy-third wolf god of the High Wolf Court, Corvan Kellyn, my adopted son, bears the
01:03:15supreme wolf god bloodline.
01:03:17The ancestral wolf bone has confirmed his bloodline, and the wolf star trial has proved him worthy to rule.
01:03:24Today, I abitate and pass the throne to him.
01:03:27From this moment on, he shall be the seventy-fourth wolf god of the High Wolf Court, ruler of the
01:03:33four realms and sovereign of all wolf clans.
01:03:40All hail the new wolf god! Long live the wolf god!
01:03:45Long live the wolf god! Long live the wolf god!
01:03:51All hail the new wolf god!
01:03:54The High Wolf Court welcomes its new sovereign!
01:03:57Welcomes its new sovereign!
01:04:08What happens next is your call.
01:04:10Your house Kelluin's blood, but you're also my own son and the new wolf god.
01:04:15Whatever you decide, I'll stand behind you.
01:04:18And once everything is settled, come home. I'll make your favorite soup.
01:04:36Your Majesty, how shall we deal with House Kellon?
01:04:45Corvin, no, Your Majesty.
01:04:47I was a fool.
01:04:48I understand what I did wrong now.
01:04:50What exactly did you do wrong?
01:04:55I was blind.
01:04:57I believe Dorian's lies took his side every time and pushed my own son away.
01:05:02I failed Sabrina too.
01:05:05And?
01:05:08And.
01:05:10And I failed as a father.
01:05:12I lost you for 18 years.
01:05:14And when I found you again, I still failed to treat you right.
01:05:19Your greatest failure wasn't favoritism.
01:05:22It was not realizing a blood serpent pie slept under your roof for over a decade, and you nearly gave
01:05:27him a path straight into the wolf court.
01:05:29If he hadn't been exposed today, all wolfkin could have been at risk.
01:05:34From this day forward, House Kellon is stripped of its standing among the four great clans and reduced to an
01:05:40ordinary house.
01:05:42Father, you will step down as head of the family.
01:05:45Sabrina will take your place.
01:05:51Mother.
01:05:55You are not fit to guide House Kellon.
01:05:58From now on, you and father move to the north wing and stay out of all house affairs.
01:06:10Now, my sisters.
01:06:19It's true that Mother may have misstead you, but you control your own words, your own actions.
01:06:23You two chose to insult me in front of everyone, calling me useless, pathetic, a monster.
01:06:27If my powers weren't unapened today, would either of you have spoken up for me?
01:06:34Think on that.
01:06:40Sabrina.
01:06:41House Kellon is yours from here on.
01:06:45I won't let this family lose its way again.
01:06:48Once I've settled things at the court, I'll come back to see you.
01:06:52I'll rebuild your heart myself.
01:06:54Then you can take your power to the next level.
01:06:57You little brat.
01:06:58One day on the throne and already making empty promises to your own sister.
01:07:02Empty?
01:07:03No.
01:07:04I always keep my promises.
01:07:16I'm Orange.
01:07:18I'm the prodigy.
01:07:20I'm the future wolf god.
01:07:27I'm Mother.
01:07:29No!
01:07:30No!
01:07:30No!
01:07:32No!
01:07:35No!
01:07:35No!
01:07:36So that's it.
01:07:37None of you ever loved me at all.
01:07:39All you loved was my talent.
01:07:41How it made all of you look good.
01:07:43Your Majesty, how shall we deal with this one?
01:07:50Eighteen years in House Kellon.
01:07:51The best food, the finest clothes, a loving family on your side protecting you.
01:07:56Sabrina treated you better than anyone and you paid her back by nearly killing her?
01:08:00Then you pin it on me.
01:08:02I bet you really thought you could get away with anything, Dorian.
01:08:04So tell me, how does it feel now?
01:08:08Under wolf court law, attempted murder of a clan daughter, framing the wolf god, concealing
01:08:13his blood serpent identity, and attacking in his true form.
01:08:16Four charges.
01:08:17What's the sentence?
01:08:18Your Majesty, combine these four crimes call for the ultimate penalty, total annihilation
01:08:24of body and soul.
01:08:29Carry out the sentence.
01:08:49My Dorian is a prodigy.
01:08:51My son is the wolf god.
01:08:53He can't do this to me.
01:09:00Heath.
01:09:01Thank you, my dear.
01:09:15My lord, my lady, there's something I've kept secret for over a decade.
01:09:24Eighteen years ago, when Master Korven went missing, you both said the flood swept him
01:09:28away.
01:09:29But when I found his swaddle on the mountain road that day, it was neatly folded, without
01:09:33a single drop of water on it.
01:09:35That child wasn't taken by a flood.
01:09:37He was set down at the roadside by someone.
01:09:42What did you say?
01:09:45There were wagon tracks on that road that day, heading north.
01:09:48I was afraid to speak up then, and after you adopted Dorian, I became even more afraid
01:09:52to bring it up.
01:09:52So I kept quiet.
01:09:54For eighteen years.
01:09:59You're lying!
01:10:00You're lying!
01:10:01My son was taken by the flood!
01:10:04My disaster!
01:10:05We didn't lose him!
01:10:06My lady, do you remember Master Korven's first birthday?
01:10:10You said you took him into the mountains, but you came back alone.
01:10:13You claimed there'd been a flash flood, but the northern region hadn't seen a drop of
01:10:17rain in three months.
01:10:34So the seal critters left you?
01:10:36He already knew you'd come back.
01:10:38He just wanted me not to rush into using my power.
01:10:41He said true strength isn't in your fists.
01:10:43It's in your heart.
01:10:44His majesty is truly remarkable.
01:10:48Korven, do you hate House Kellen?
01:10:56Korven, do you hate House Kellen?
01:10:58I did.
01:10:59In the dungeon, I kept wondering, why did they love Dorian so much, but couldn't even spare
01:11:04me a glass?
01:11:05But I've made my peace with it now.
01:11:07How?
01:11:08What they loved was talent, reputation, whatever let them hold their heads up among the four
01:11:13clans.
01:11:13Dorian just happened to check every box.
01:11:15If I hadn't carried the wolf god's blood, if they'd never found out, I'd have stayed the
01:11:19useless firstborn son who barely had a bloodline for the rest of my life.
01:11:23So I stopped hating them.
01:11:25Now I just feel sorry for them.
01:11:30My little brother's grown up.
01:11:33Sabrina, after the coronation, I'll send you to the hut to recover.
01:11:37My foster parents will take good care of you.
01:11:39The mountains, the water, the air, they're all better than Maresca.
01:11:41Your foster parents?
01:11:43His majesty Kryos and his queen?
01:11:46They'll love you.
01:11:48All right then.
01:11:49I'll go right away.
01:12:07I've worn this crown for 74 years.
01:12:10Today I pass it to you.
01:12:11Remember, this seat is not about power.
01:12:13It is a duty.
01:12:14From this day on, the life, death, shame, honor, and glory of every wolf clan rests on
01:12:20your shoulders.
01:12:21I understand.
01:12:47Long live the wolf god!
01:12:49Long live the wolf god!
01:12:52Long live the wolf god!
01:13:01As the 74th wolf god of the high wolf court, I shall ensure that my people will no longer
01:13:07live in the shadows of the other realms.
01:13:39Sorry, I came in a hurry.
01:13:40Forgot to drop the transformation.
01:13:41Corwin, I need your help.
