So we tried Plan B. Major has refused every costume for nine years. We fully expected the same. Instead… he let out the longest sigh of his life, and just sat there. A giant, dignified pumpkin. 🐶🎃

And Biscuit came out from behind the sofa. Looked at him for a long time. Then sat down right next to him — and let us put his back on. 🥹

Major wore it all night. Greeted every trick-or-treater. Fell asleep in it. All so the puppy would wear his.
