00:00A blind man sat begging by the roadside.
00:03He couldn't see the world around him, but one day he heard something amazing.
00:08Jesus of Nazareth was passing by.
00:12The man's name was Bartimaeus.
00:14He began shouting,
00:16Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me.
00:19People told him to be quiet, but he shouted even louder.
00:24Jesus stopped and called him.
00:26Then Jesus asked,
00:28What do you want me to do for you?
00:30Bartimaeus answered,
00:32Rabbi, I want to see.
00:35Jesus said,
00:36Go, your faith has healed you.
00:39Immediately, Bartimaeus received his sight.
00:42And what did he do next?
00:44He followed Jesus along the road.
00:47This incredible miracle is recorded in Mark 10, verses 46-52.
00:53Bartimaeus was blind,
00:55but he recognized the hope that others might have overlooked.
00:58When Jesus called, he didn't hesitate to follow.
01:02Do you believe God can change your life too?
01:05Do you know who you're watching?
01:05Amen.
