00:00You're not going anywhere until you tell me why you're acting like this with me.
00:04I'm fed up with how you treat me.
00:07Or not?
00:08And also because you always take credit for my work.
00:11What are you talking about now?
00:13No, you don't just tell me to go and leave as if nothing happened.
00:16Because what you're doing isn't what a good friend would do.
00:18Things are discussed.
00:19Do you see that door?
00:23It leads to the main bedroom.
00:26The one that would now occupy Ucadia.
00:29And was it a cross before?
00:31Yes, but it was originally our father's bedroom.
00:34But Martina, do you want to involve Don Alonso in all of this?
00:37I cannot allow it.
00:38I'm sure your mother finds it intimidating.
00:39The cure is going to be worse than the disease, really.
00:41We can't involve the marquis in this.
00:43Where should I go?
00:44I am very clear that the initiative comes from Mr. Sopena.
00:47The initiative for what?
00:48From approaching you.
00:50But I'd like to know if this is sincere or if he's looking for something hidden.
00:54You should test your strength, Manuel.
00:56And I say that because of that stupid trip to Lisbon.
00:59Expanding your business into those lands will only bring you problems.
01:02What's it to you?
01:04A wedding with premeditation and malice aforethought.
01:06And in my own palace.
01:07Sir, we had the approval of the bishopric.
01:10That's not what worries me, Carlo.
01:11Rather, it was an arranged marriage.
01:13And I know it was Doña Leocalia who ordered you to do it.
01:16Son, I just don't know why you haven't noticed Angela or Julieta, they're girls.
01:20more sensible.
01:21And they're also married.
01:23Mother, what's wrong? Isn't it enough that you have a son who's always involved in scandals?
01:26Don't be rude.
01:28I'm telling you this before they got married.
01:30And now you're going to have to marry the merchant's daughter.
01:33You're not exactly discreet in your meetings with Ciro.
01:38With Ciro?
01:39I don't know the fine print of your agreement, but he's the key for you to get a nice chunk of change.
01:47Manuel's aviation company.
