00:00Fix Boring Cupcakes with Mini Plastic Safety Hats Voice Over Script
00:04Ok, real talk, plain cupcakes are boring.
00:08Frosting, maybe a sprinkle, done.
00:11So I went looking for the tiny thing that instantly makes a batch look like you tried,
00:15and I landed on mini plastic hats.
00:18Safety hats, cowboy hats, doll-sized plastic hats, they're cheap, they're absurd, and they work.
00:23I dug through the listings and pulled five that are actually worth your money.
00:28Let's go.
00:30First up, the cowboy hat multi-pack, because it's the easiest place to start if you have
00:34no idea how many cupcakes you're making.
00:37They come in 10, 30, or 50 packs, brown plastic, western style, and they sit on a cupcake like
00:43they were built for it.
00:44They also fit dolls and action figures if that's your thing.
00:49$3.08, and it's the most sold one on the list at almost 4,700 units.
00:55Ratings of 4.5
00:57If you just want hats on the table cheap, this is it.
01:01Now the actual safety hats, the hardhat ones, the orange construction kind, and honestly these
01:06are the funniest option here.
01:0860 pieces for $16.88, so you're getting the most hats per order of anything I found.
01:13They're sized for cupcakes, but people stick them on bottles, party favor bags, craft projects,
01:19whatever.
01:20That's the magic one bag spreads across the whole party.
01:244.6 stars, 3,200 sold.
01:28Buy this one if you want maximum chaos for your money.
01:32Similar idea, but prettier hats, 40 western cowboy hats for $16.91, and this is the best-reviewed
01:38product on the whole list at 4.8 stars.
01:41The plastic's a little stiffer, the shape holds better, and they don't flop over on the frosting,
01:46which is the one thing that ruins the look.
01:49Yes, you're paying about 40 cents a hat, but the hit rate on this one is high.
01:54If the cupcakes are for a birthday or a wedding table, this is the one to grab.
01:59Then there's the smaller 20-pack at 6.45.
02:02Same cowboy hat style, more of a miniature scale, and this is the one for the fiddly
02:07jobs, food-safe-looking tiny hats for cupcakes, but also wall decor, drink garnishes, dollhouse
02:12stuff, craft bits.
02:1420 pieces means you're not drowning in leftover plastic, and 6.45 is low-risk.
02:194.7 stars off 2,400 sales.
02:23Good middle option when you want quality but not 60 hats.
02:27Skipped, hook variants, timestamps, b-roll notes, add when editor needs them.
