00:00And so the Scottish League leaders welcome the 8th place side from La Liga.
00:06Liam Scales is in ahead of the absent Austin Trustee,
00:09and after making an impact off the bench in the second half,
00:11he makes his European debut.
00:13Another change in midfield, 19-year-old academy product Hugo Bercio.
00:20The Galicians get us underway against the Glaswegians.
00:33And up by Hassan, Camilo Durán got his head to it.
00:44Osman foraging back, now Durán, what can he do here for Celtic?
00:48Looks for the gap, but he's outmaneuvered by Hugo Bercio.
00:52One back by Celtic, though, but far wide by Callum Osman.
01:02Pugla, Pugla shots, Johnson's sake.
01:12Just enough Celtic bodies back to make Alonso.
01:17Dane Murray heads, and Celtic clear.
01:22And the Bulgarian referee brings the first half to an end.
01:30No half-time changes then, no goals in the first half.
01:40Febas bringing it forward for Celterigo, who looked to start strongly.
01:45They've got Sergio Carrera forward.
01:48This is back to Bercio, who's threaded it through to Javi Rueda.
01:53Looks like they mean business, the Spaniards, from the off.
01:57Slightly mild slash at it, though, has sent it out to the left,
02:00where Hugo Alvarez gives chase.
02:07This is Hugo Bercio.
02:12Alvarez again.
02:26Ah, we'll gladly accept that, and feed Aysim Hasan.
02:34Hasan has the beating of Alonso for Pace.
02:36And this is Bauer.
02:45Barely a minute of the second half play.
02:48And just what Martin O'Neill would have prayed for.
02:53A goal, the lead, Mika Bauer.
03:03A goal, Sanjay!
03:10Well, he's got a taste for it.
03:15Last pass, a delightful touch.
03:19Couldn't generate the power to really test Sam Johnston, though.
03:23This tells Martin O'Neill that there's a check underway.
03:26Soren Storks from Germany is the VAR.
03:31Quick examination to see if there's any call for a penalty.
03:34None given.
03:34Febas.
03:36Alvarez.
03:37Inviting ball.
03:39Febas couldn't turn at the right side of the post.
03:44Febas at the heart of the move.
03:47Keep that burst forward from midfield
03:49to get on the end of the ball from Sergio Casera.
03:54Bauer.
03:56Negrin.
03:58Looked like he was being held.
04:00Referee will let it go.
04:01Osman.
04:03It's come to Negrin.
04:05Look for the gap at the near post, but right in the thick of it.
04:09One, two, three, four, four, five, five, five.
04:15Asan.
04:17Up towards Scales.
04:20And off the top of the crossbar it goes.
04:22Delivered for Martin O'Neill and Celtic.
04:26They got round the back, won the physical.
04:29So chance for Hugo Alvarez to deliver, to create, to pave the path to a Celta Vigo equaliser.
04:37That's a vicious ball in.
04:39And a fine header from Javi Rodriguez to level it up at Celtic Park.
04:47Real quality from the Spaniards in the delivery.
04:55And Javi Rodriguez, who got his first goal this season on Sunday against Alvarez, follows it up with an equaliser.
05:04Celtic 1, Celtic 1.
05:12Taken off the toes of Ferran Xugla.
05:27Javi!
05:39Javi Rodriguez, who caught the eye of his performances last season, of Luis de la Fuente.
05:44He featured in the pre-World Cup games for Spain.
05:47made his debut actually in the friendly against iraq although he didn't make the world cup squad
05:52well he's made the night of the traveling support so far and that's been threaded
05:57through to swedberg
06:00nearly
06:03now an opportunity oh what a strike
06:13javi rodriguez at the double
06:18he called that absolutely beautifully
06:35a head scratcher for martin o'neill his side have thrown away a lead in europe again
06:46a striker from compostela that they call the buffalo
06:52you might get a chance straight away if the delivery here's right but that's a way by scales
06:56not convincingly swedberg
07:04and it's fell to swedberg
07:09sorensen tierney
07:14that was at the fast post he can't get there colby donovan
07:23first time for a while that celtic have been able to get forward and get a shot away but when
07:27it
07:27came it was a little tame
07:33there's no twist in this tale we shall see three minutes plus added time for them to try to
07:38get a point on the board
07:41and that one deflected just why the effort from andres antony on
07:51lost by colby donovan and antony on
07:56it's certainly been close had it not taken that touch off the defender
08:07well what a night this has been for
