00:06P1
00:07Ok, real talk, if your phone photos look flat, hazy, and washed out, reflections are the culprit, not your camera.
00:14I went through dozens of listings so you don't have to.
00:18Here are my best finds for the Best CPL Phone Filters Under $13.99
00:23P2
00:25Kicking things off with the cheapest one here, under $7.
00:29This is a two-function mobile phone lens, a 0.45x wide angle on one end, a 12.5x macro
00:35on the other, and it clips straight onto any iPhone or Android.
00:39It's not a polarizer itself, but for landscape shots and close-up detail, 691 buys you two lenses in one.
00:46Nearly 5,000 sold, so people clearly like it.
00:50Builds like plastic, so treat it as a pocket tool, not a forever purchase.
00:56P3
00:57Now this one is a splurge, $24, so technically over our budget, but the reason is obvious once you see
01:03it.
01:04It's a professional tattoo fill light with 120 LED beads, plus a 52mm CPL lens filter that clips onto any
01:11phone.
01:12That combo kills reflected light off skin, off glasses, even off fresh ink.
01:17Highest rated pick on this whole list at 4.9 stars.
01:21If you shoot tattoos, portraits, or anything shiny, this is the one.
01:26P4
01:28Next up, this is my everyday recommendation for iPhone shooters.
01:33KNF Concept Clip-On CPL Phone Filter Kit, 52mm, works great on the iPhone 13, 14, and 15.
01:40The clamp grips tight, and the glass is a genuine circular polarizer with multi-coating, so it cuts glare without
01:47fringing or darkening your colors weirdly.
01:502166 is over budget, but 4.8 stars and over 4,000 sold say it holds up.
01:56Buy this one if you shoot outdoors a lot.
01:59P5
02:01Here's a steal at 675.
02:04This is an HD-CPL polarizer filter, and here's the trick, it fits tons of camera lens sizes, from 43mm
02:10all the way to 95mm, which means you can grab the 52mm version and pair it with a cheap phone
02:16clip adapter.
02:18You get the same glare-killing polarizer pros use on their DSLRs, for less than the price of a coffee
02:23and a bagel.
02:25Bestseller in its category, 4.8 stars.
02:28My top value pick of the bunch.
02:31Note, only products 1 and 4 actually sit under $13.99, script flags the other 3 as over budget splurges
02:39rather than pretending.
02:40Say so on camera if you'd rather only keep the 2 true budget picks.
