00:00Fix low head dribbling with these basketball glasses, voiceover script.
00:04Ever look down at the ball while you dribble?
00:07Yeah, me too.
00:09That habit kills your court vision, and defenders eat it up.
00:13So I went digging and found 5 pairs of training glasses that force your head up, and 2 of
00:17them cost less than a coffee.
00:19Let's go.
00:21First up, the one everybody's buying, Dribble Spectacles, 3200 sold, 4.9 stars, 6 bucks
00:27and change.
00:29These are the classic restricted vision goggles, you literally can't see the ball, so your
00:33hands have to learn the dribble by feel.
00:36Sheep, proven, and perfect if you just want to test whether this whole method works for
00:40you.
00:41Next, the basketball glasses with the PC full frame at 568.
00:46This one's the smart pick if you actually wear a prescription, because the frame can take
00:51myopia lenses so you're training with corrected vision instead of squinting through blurry
00:55goggles.
00:572900 sold, 4.8 stars, and it's the cheapest pair on this list.
01:01That's a no-brainer.
01:03Then we jump up in price.
01:0692 bucks for the training sports glasses, but these do more than block your view.
01:11They're built for basketball, football, badminton, whatever you play, and they're designed to
01:16sharpen reaction time, not just head position.
01:18If you're an athlete training multiple sports, this is the one that earns its price tag.
01:244.7 stars, 2700 sold.
01:28Number 4 is the wild one, $1.07.
01:32Same heads-up dribbling style, 5-star rating, 2200 people bought it.
01:37Look, at this price, buy two and keep one in your gym bag.
01:41If it breaks, who cares?
01:44It's the lowest-risk way to start fixing that low-head habit tonight.
