00:00Fix Nursing Shift Timing with Retractable Nurse Watches 7 Parascript
00:04If your shift runs long, you're juggling a stethoscope and a charting tablet,
00:08and you've got 3 minutes left on the clock and no free hands, you're going to love this.
00:13I went through the best retractable nurse watches on the market so you don't waste
00:17money on one that doesn't survive a real hospital floor. These are the deals I found.
00:23This is the one I keep on my own lanyard, the new retractable nurse watch clip-on fob watch,
00:27the classic quartz broach-style pin with a hanging fob. You clip it to your collar or pocket,
00:33the cable pulls out when you want to check the time, and it tucks away so it never clanks against
00:37your badge. For just $4.43, with a 4.9-star rating and over 4,600 sold, this is the
00:45safest buy on the
00:46list. It's the one I'd hand to a nurse who doesn't want anything flashy. Now if you like a little
00:53sparkle, look at the medical glitter acrylic retractable badge holder with pocket watch,
00:57it's a badge reel and a watch in one, with a glitter finish that catches the hallway light.
01:02The retractable clip means your ID card rides up and down on a tether instead of swinging loose.
01:08It's the cheapest of the bunch at $1.97, and with 4,400 plus sold at a 4.5 rating,
01:14that's a lot of people who wanted a budget upgrade.
01:17Two bucks buys a co-worker a smile. Third one is interesting because it's a hybrid,
01:23pocket watch women's digital display dial clip-on analog clock fob, which gives you an analog face
01:28with a digital display built in. The clip-on brooch pin design means it hangs right where
01:33you can glance down without pulling anything out of your pocket, and the digital readout gives you
01:37a precise minute count when you're timing a medication round or checking a 15-minute window.
01:42It's $3.54, rated 4.5, and more than 3,500 people own one.
01:49Okay, this one is pure personality, the cartoon nurse watch, retractable chest watch,
01:54the little medical student version. It's the one that gets compliments at orientation.
02:00Same reliable clip-on and telescopic retract as the others, but the design is cute enough that
02:05people actually ask where you got it. It has a perfect 5-star rating, about 3,500 sold,
02:11and it's $4.69, the priciest on the list, but honestly still less than a coffee.
02:17Great if you want your scrub day to feel a little less like a shift.
