00:00RT-5572 Wi-Fi Module Every Kali Linux Pentaster Needs Video Script
00:05Okay, real talk. If you're running Kali Linux and you want monitor mode and packet injection
00:11without dropping a hundred bucks, the RT-5572 chipset is the move. It's dual-band, it's cheap,
00:18and it just works. I went through the listings and pulled the five best RT-5572 modules people
00:24are actually buying right now. Here they are. Kicking it off with the highest-rated one,
00:31this RT-5572 dual-band module sitting at 4.9 stars from nearly 3,000 buyers.
00:37That rating is not an accident. It does 2.4 and 5.8 gig, which means you're not stuck on
00:43crowded
00:44channels, and it's built for camera and embedded setups too. At 1397, this is the safest first buy
00:51on the list. If you want the one people trust most, this is it. Next up, the more polished option.
00:58This RT-5572 dual-band adapter is $18 and change, and what you're paying for is the build-a-proper
01:05USB form factor with a real casing, so it survives being tossed in a bag. Dual-band 2.4 and
01:125.8 gig,
01:13receiver and transmitter both. It's got 4.6 stars across 2,600 sales.
01:19If you want something that feels like a tool instead of a bare board, grab this one.
01:24Third one's the premium pick. 2137, and honestly, you're paying for consistency,
01:31this is the module people buy when they've already been burned by a cheap clone.
01:35Same RT-5572 chipset, dual-band, 5.8 gig support, 4.5 stars. It's the most expensive here,
01:43but if you want the least drama out of the box, that extra $7 buys you peace of mind.
01:49Worth it if you're doing this every day. Now the sleeper.
01:54This RT-5572 camera module is $18.94 at 4.7 stars, and it's the one I'd point a builder
02:00toward.
02:01Same dual-band chipset, but designed to be tucked inside a project, camera, embedded rig,
02:07whatever you're putting together. Strong rating, and it's cheaper than the premium option with a
02:12better score. If you're mounting it instead of plugging it in, this is your pick.
02:17Alright, that's the list. Links to every single one are in the description below,
02:23grab whichever fits your setup. If this saved you some scrolling,
02:27hit that like button and subscribe, because I do this every week.
02:31See you in the next one.
