00:00Hey everyone, if you've been hunting for Spanish storybooks for your kids without emptying your
00:04wallet, you're in the right spot. I dug through pages of listings so you don't have to, and I
00:09found the best Spanish storybook collections under $11. A couple go a little over, but trust me,
00:15they're worth the stretch. Let's get into it. First up, the one I buy today, the English and
00:22Spanish bilingual Aesop Fables box set, 5 books, classic fables, both languages side by side on
00:27every page. That side-by-side layout is the whole trick, because your kid reads the story in one
00:33language and picks up the other without even noticing. It's $9.82, it's got almost 4,900 sales,
00:40and a perfect 5-star rating. For bedtime reading and ESL, this is the safest bet on the list.
00:47Next, if your kid is just starting to sound out words, the Spanish phonetic book is your
00:51cheapest way in, $7.07. It's built around phonics, so it's syllables and letter sounds first,
00:58whole sentences later. Preschoolers and early readers get real traction fast,
01:03and parents keep saying it's what finally clicked. $4,800 sold, 4.7 stars.
01:10If you only want to spend $7 and see if Spanish sticks, start here. Now, if you want volume,
01:16the 10-book Spanish classic animal character set gives you the most story for your money,
01:2010 full-color picture books for $15.46. That works out to about $1.50 a book,
01:26which is honestly hard to beat. Big illustrations, familiar animal characters,
01:31and stories short enough to finish before your kid loses interest.
01:35$3,900 sales, 4.6 stars. Great pick if you're building a whole shelf,
01:41not just one bedtime book. Then there's the Intellectual Enlightenment 10 book set,
01:4615-12, basically the same deal, slightly different stories. These lean more into early knowledge and
01:52everyday concepts, so it's less fairy tale and more, what is this thing in the world?
01:57Same 10 books, same full-color art, same price bracket. $3,200 sold, 4.6 stars.
02:05Grab this one if your kid likes learning books more than fantasy.
02:09Last one, and it's my favorite for toddlers, the 10-book Spanish-English bilingual collection
02:13with cute animal stories, $12.50. 10 books, both languages, adorable animals,
02:19it's the gentlest introduction to Spanish on this whole list, and it's one of only two products here
02:24sitting at a perfect 5-star rating. $2,500 sales. If you've got a 2 or 3-year-old,
02:31this is the one to hand them. Note, only products 1 and 2 are actually under $11.
02:38Products 3, 4, 5 are $15.46, $15.12, $12.50 script frames them as worth the stretch.
02:47Swap them out if the under-$11 promise must hold literal.
