00:00So you're stuck between a painted reborn doll and a blank one, and honestly, both can be amazing
00:04depending on what you want to do. I spent way too long digging through listings, and I found
00:10the best deals for painted reborn doll versus blank reborn doll, which is better. Let me walk
00:15you through what's actually worth your money. First up, if you're going blank, you need tools,
00:21and this re-root needle kit is the cheapest way in. $4.04 gets you the needles, the rooting tools,
00:27the whole wig-making setup. Close to 5,000 people have grabbed it, and yeah, the rating sits at 4
00:33.1,
00:34so it's not perfect, but for $4 it's the smartest first purchase you can make.
00:39Buy this before you buy anything else. Now here's the painted option done right.
00:44This NPK 19-inch twins kit, Lily & Iries, comes fully hand-painted with veins,
00:50soft-touch vinyl, and the cloth body is already included. $3,268, and it's rated 4.8 with almost
00:575,000 sold. If you want a finished-looking baby without touching a paintbrush, this is the one
01:02I'd point you to first. Then there's the Betty kit. 18 inches, already painted, eyelashes included,
01:10and it's an unassembled vinyl kit, so you still get that satisfying build process without the stress
01:14of painting skin tones. $2,644, and it holds a 4.9 rating, which is about as good as it
01:21gets.
01:22Best balance of price, quality, and hands-on fun. If you're an artist who wants full control,
01:29Christopher is your guy. 19 inches, completely unpainted and unassembled, cloth body included.
01:36$3,368, 4.7 rating, sold thousands of times. It's more expensive than some blank kits,
01:43but that larger size and quality vinyl are why. Real painters keep coming back to this one.
01:49And for a budget blank, Luna is unbeatable. 12 inches, tiny, adorable, unpainted and unassembled,
01:56just $12.16. It's got a 4.9 rating with over 4,000 sold. Perfect starter kit if you've never
02:05painted a Reborn before and don't want to risk a big investment. So there's your answer.
02:11Painted if you want instant results, blank if you want the creative ride.
