00:00Okay, real talk, if your gums bleed when you floss, you're probably doing it wrong, or you're using those little
00:05string picks that snap halfway through.
00:07I went down a rabbit hole looking for the best portable oral irrigator under $22.87, and honestly, the price
00:15range on these things is all over the place.
00:17Some are under $5, some are almost $30.
00:21So I grabbed the five that people are actually buying and reviewed them by what you get for the money.
00:26Let's go.
00:28First up, the cheapest one, and it's kind of ridiculous, one PC electric high-pressure water flosser, manual pulse jet,
00:35no battery, no charging, nothing.
00:37You squeezed the handle and pressurized water shoots out.
00:41That's it.
00:43$4.62, almost 5,000 sold, 4.9 rating.
00:48It's not fancy, you fill the reservoir yourself and you pump it, but for $4 it does the one job
00:54that matters, blasting junk out from between your teeth and along the gum line.
00:58If you just want to test whether water flossing works for you before spending real money, start here.
01:04Next, the water floss portable cordless F18, three cleaning modes, waterproof, rechargeable, and it comes with four nozzles.
01:11This is the full-featured cordless style you see people use in the shower.
01:164.8 rating, almost 5,000 sold.
01:20One honest thing though, it's $27.24, so it's over the price and the title.
01:26If your budget's firm, skip it.
01:29If you want the most complete package with modes and extra nozzles for the family, it's still worth a look.
01:35Third one is the weird one, and I mean that in a good way an electric portable toothbrush that's also
01:40a water flosser.
01:41Two in one.
01:43You brush, then it switches to water jet for the gum line.
01:48$22.96, 24 cents over budget, 4.9 rating, 4,400 sold.
01:54Great pick if you're short on counter space or you travel a lot and don't want to pack two devices.
01:59Just don't expect the water tank to be huge since it's sharing the body with the brush head.
02:05Fourth, the USB portable oral irrigator, $12.45, 200-milliliter tank, for nozzles, USB rechargeable.
02:14This is the sweet spot pick.
02:16200 mils is enough for a full clean without refilling, USB means you can charge it off a laptop or
02:22a power bank,
02:22and four nozzles covers you for months.
02:25Ratings 4.5, which is a touch lower than the others, and I'd guess that's tank sealing or battery life
02:31on some units.
02:32Still, at $12, that's a lot of flosser for the money.
02:36And the one I'd actually buy, portable smart electric oral irrigator, three modes, rechargeable, $10.99, 4.9 rating, 4
02:45,300 sold.
02:47Three modes at $11 is the best value in this whole list.
02:51You get a gentle mode if your gums are sensitive, a normal mode for daily use, and a stronger pulse
02:56for the tough spots.
02:58Rechargeable means no buying batteries.
03:01If you want one answer and you don't want to think about it, get this one.
03:05That's the list.
03:07All the links are in the description, grab whichever one fits your budget.
