00:00Fixed dim TV screens with these LED backlight strips, voiceover script.
00:04Your TV isn't broken.
00:07It just looks dim and flat because there's nothing behind it.
00:11Stick a cheap LED strip on the back, and suddenly you get that glow everyone pays hundreds for.
00:16I dug through the listings and found the best deals for fixed dim TV screens with these LED backlight strips,
00:22and I'm running through all five.
00:24Start with the cheapest one that actually works.
00:28This is the 3-key control USB strip, 5 volts, and it's flexible so you can bend it around any
00:33corner of your TV.
00:35Three buttons, on, color, brightness.
00:39That's it.
00:40No app, no setup, no headache.
00:43For $3.78, it's sold over 4,000 times with a 4.5 rating.
00:49If you just want a soft glow behind your screen tonight, this is the one.
00:54Now if you want to go all out, this is it.
00:57Robic strip with camera app control, the camera watches your screen and matches the colors in real time.
01:03Music sync too, so it pulses with whatever's playing.
01:07Perfect for a gaming room, 55 to 75-inch setups.
01:11It's $16.78, and yeah, that's the priciest here, but it's a completely different experience.
01:184.5 stars, 4,000 sold.
01:22Worth it if you care about immersion.
01:24Back to budget picks, and this one surprised me.
01:28USB touch sensor strip, COB diodes, 5 volts.
01:32COB means the LEDs are packed tight, so you get one smooth line of light instead of a bunch of
01:37visible dots.
01:39Touch it to dim, touch it to brighten.
01:42$4.77, and a 4.9 rating, that's the highest here.
01:47Nearly 4,000 people bought this.
01:50Hard to argue with.
01:52Basically the same idea but longer.
01:55This one runs 1-5 meters, 320 LEDs per meter, COB again, touch dimmable.
02:01The high density is the whole point, no gaps, no hotspots, just clean light.
02:06You can cut it to size and run it behind a TV, a mirror, under kitchen cabinets.
02:12$4.78, 4.8 stars, sold over 3,000 times.
02:17Buy once, use it in three rooms.
02:20All five links are in the description below, they're sorted cheapest to fanciest, so pick whichever fits your setup.
