00:00Maidstone United have come down to Currie's in Almsford to unveil one of the biggest TVs
00:08in the world. This new unit by the company Hisense features impressive technology such
00:16as Dolby Vision 2 and RGB mini LED.
00:22Yeah, my thoughts on the telly, I think it's an absolutely amazing model. It's obviously
00:27116 inches and it's very, very different to see it in person rather than looking at it
00:33in a picture. So I really think it's great to be able to come in and see what 116 inches
00:39really
00:39looks like and I mean those colours, that 100% of the colour panel really does show how immense
00:45TVs can get nowadays and it is an absolutely amazing model. Behind me is one of the world's
00:52largest TVs which goes up to a whopping 116 inches. Now just imagine watching a game of football on it
01:02or playing the upcoming Grand Theft Auto 6 or even watching KMTV.
01:08To celebrate the launch, an official ribbon cutting ceremony was held by Curries and Maidstone United.
01:17Yeah, it's quite exciting getting to see people in professional football, watch football pretty much.
01:22I love football, watching football every day and it's quite exciting to see actual football players
01:26come in, inviting in person. It's a pretty surreal experience, that's what I would say.
01:31It's a great way of showing the community how football and technology work together. As you're
01:38probably aware, Hisense are a big football sponsor. Not only do we sponsor Premier League but we also
01:44got the sponsorship for next UEFA Games, UEFA Championship in the 2028. So yeah, we are a
01:52real big football enthusiast and having grassroots football also helps big up the brand and big up the
02:02passion that we have in football. With the world of TV technology continuing to grow,
02:07we could very well see even larger units this time next year. Henry Luck for Kane TV in Ellsford.
