00:00And we can transform and make North Norfolk into an investable hub.
00:04We can create, dedicate commercial land and open the door for new housing, for business to come in.
00:10And we can do this, but we have to think ahead and long term.
00:13But if we don't get our basics in order, then how can we grow?
00:19Thirdly, we need to have vibrant communities.
00:21We need to upgrade our recreational facilities and our trails and our parks.
00:25And I guess what I mean by upgrade is have a proper policy in there so we can upgrade them
00:29properly.
00:29So there's some consistency and direction for our youth and our families and our seniors.
00:34They deserve spaces that they can enjoy.
00:37And one good example is Janice Weave has been an awesome example with Three Creeks Development.
00:41I seen her plan this spring.
00:42They applied for some grants and they were hoping to get some grants along the way.
00:46And when she said those grants, then if we get those grants, we'll be doing this, this, and this.
00:50And then she says, if we do not get those grants, we're still going to do this, this, and this.
00:53So we don't just base our whole future on someone else.
00:57We decide to move forward whether we get a grant or not.
01:00Maybe we can do less.
