00:00How about we analyze the first opening of Dragon Ball Super featuring Beerus together?
00:04To begin with, the opening features Goku who seems to belong to the Tournament of Power, or perhaps to the...
00:10'Majin League arc.
00:10But I think it's a tournament of power.
00:12Then when he turns around, we see the Goku from episode 1 of Dragon Ball Super.
00:17As if to say, there is still a long way to go, let's start at the beginning.
00:21Beerus' planet, a super Dragon Ball, a new Dragon Ball Super logo,
00:25and Beerus' finger which comes to sublimate it through its destruction.
00:27And then, the best part of the opening, that's something we nostalgic people really love,
00:31a summary of the 42 volumes of Akira Toriyama, Goku from kid to SSJ-3.
00:37Beerus turns around in his destruction and we glimpse something to the right,
00:40which strongly resembles a spaceship, most likely a ship belonging to Frieza's army.
00:45The Super Dragon Balls are scattered throughout the universe.
00:48Goku and Vegeta are in Super Saiyan form and seem to be exceeding their limits.
00:51behind them were images from the Battle of God and Fukatsu no F arcs.
00:55A sublime image of the Z-Team at Bulma, and it's extremely cool, that one.
01:00A shot of Goku with a fight against Vegeta behind him at Beerus's house.
01:03The handsome Gohan and Piccolo, and please, respect our favorite Algerian.
01:08Next, we have Goku in Super Saiyan God form and Beerus completely losing it.
01:12Next, we have Goku, Jaco, Botamo, Magetta, and Kabe.
01:15And on the right, we have a frost demon skull.
01:17And since the image is very purple, it looks like Freezer, but logically, it's Frost.
01:22Then, a beautiful shot of Vegeta, arms crossed in a rocky area,
01:25where their first legendary battle took place.
01:28Goku is fighting again, but this time, in his clothes.
01:30We see Goten and Trunks fusing into Gotenks.
01:33Then, Hit appears and uses the Toki Tobashi against Goku in Super Saiyan Blue.
01:38And then, explosion, we arrive at an extremely badass Whis,
01:42which itself arrives on a quality Golden Freezer.
01:45Then, we return to a new plane of universe 6,
01:47with Hit, Frost, Magetta, Botamo and Kabe in Super Saiyan,
01:51who are walking towards the camera.
01:53And damn, it's absolutely sublime!
01:55It reminds me a bit of that shot of Vegeta and Nappa walking towards the camera back then.
01:59I think that's a nice little dream.
02:01Next, we play on the transitions between Earth in universe 6 and Earth in universe 7.
02:05to illustrate the malfunction
02:06and to what extent the universes are mirrors and twins.
02:09Then, Goku leaves Earth.
02:11He is coming towards us.
02:11He transforms into SSJ1, SSJ2, then reverts to his base form.
02:14transforms into SSJ God and SSJ Blue.
02:16Very handsome guy.
02:17Next, Goku and Beerus's points collide to represent the Battle of God arc.
02:21Next, Goku and Frieza's points clash to represent the Fukatsuno F arc.
02:26Next, Goku prepares the Kamehameha against Hit for the Gourmet Juice Tournament.
02:30With Whis next to him designing his students' uniforms, so it's incredible.
02:34Next, the Dragon Radar locates all the Super Dragon Balls and Beerus is with it.
02:39And then, an extremely stylish burst of energy from Beerus.
02:42And we end with Goku unleashing a Kamehameha against Beerus.
02:45which uses the legendary illustration by Akira Toriyama, so the mage is just perfect.
02:50This is how you create a near-perfect opening with sublime music.
02:55a monstrous video.
02:56In short, Dragon Ball Super is fucking magic.
