Heavy rains triggered flooding in Rodeo del Medio, in Argentina’s Mendoza province, leaving streets submerged and disrupting movement in several areas. Images from the Topón roundabout show the impact of the downpour, as accumulated water created difficulties for motorists and residents. The neighbouring areas of Maipú were also affected, with local reports describing flooded roads and damage to Route 50, where vehicles became trapped after sections of the road surface collapsed. Authorities urged people to exercise caution as storms affected parts of the province.
