00:00Adrian, he truly just walked away?
00:03Storm Mare, truly gone.
00:06Had he been willing to stay, the people within that city might not have had to die.
00:10Yet he said it. None of them were his concern.
00:12We were the ones who cast him out first.
00:17Beatrice, take her.
00:21Your Majesty, Your Majesty, I beg mercy, I was deceived, I...
00:25Deceived? You were the first to call for Adrian's dismissal.
00:28You named him a fraud. You accused him of treating with the enemy and betraying the realm's council.
00:32And now you stand before me and say you were deceived?
00:34I only heard the whispers that passed among the men.
00:38Whispers? The fiends behold him and retreat.
00:41They behold our people and they slaughter them.
00:44You would call that a whisper?
00:47Even in the days of the late Sovereign, there were always those who would not accept Marshal Sterling.
00:52And across these years, certain souls made use of that, placing words in your ear day upon day.
00:56What has befalled on us today was not the fiends' work alone.
00:58Someone guided the realm to this place, one step at a Y.
01:01Take her out. Keep her alive. Give her the lash.
01:04When Vivian is brought before us, they shall answer together.
01:09Send word throughout the realm, every warrant, every charge against Adrian Sterling undone at once.
01:13Let it be proclaimed to all the realm. His name is clear.
01:16Your Majesty judges wisely.
01:18Leave me. Adrian, so many souls in Stormhand.
01:23And you turned and walked away.
01:25Perhaps that is right.
01:27We were the ones who cast you out first.
