00:05adversity i think it it's so important for everybody not just a football team for for
00:11everybody and you know out there is like when you're going through adversity you need people
00:16you need people on your side and you need people to have your back and you need people to lock
00:20arms with whether that's if you lost a football game or you're going through you know cancer or
00:26your family member died um all those things it's time to lock arms with the people that you love
00:32and uh and and go through that challenge together because i do know this that the adversities that
00:39we face are uncomfortable no matter how uncomfortable they may be at the time when you
00:47when you lock arms and you go through those things together those naturally bring people together too
00:53and they bring people together they bring teams together
