00:03Genocide is occurring in Gaza and is continuing to occur and the responsibility lies with the state of Israel.
00:17We identified three persons in this report and that is Prime Minister Netanyahu, the former minister of defence.
00:30Galant and one other, the president of Israel, whose statements inciting genocide is recorded faithfully.
00:41So it's a two-year work, it's not just something we made up now.
00:45And as we set out all the facts and we looked at videos, footage, we talked to experts, we talked
00:53to doctors, witnesses, children.
00:56After that massive investigation, we are of course the only UN body that is authorised to investigate.
01:04We are not allowed inside Israel, so we had witnesses come out to us.
01:10So that's just a little bit about our methodology.
01:12So much of this evidence, by the way, was posted by Israeli soldiers themselves.
01:19They were very proud of what they'd done.
01:20And you can hear it there.
01:22They've been instructed to shoot.
01:24You see anyone and you shoot them because they're not supposed to be there.
01:28And this message coming from the head of state, the president saying it's the whole population of Palestinians who are
01:37in Hamas.
01:40That kind of message sent to the military means that they are killing indiscriminately and violating international law.
01:48that these two cities have were won by international law.
