00:14ICE agents surrounded the man's vehicle before opening fire.
00:18They wore construction vests and masks that concealed their faces.
00:22There was no reasonable way to identify them as ICE agents.
00:27When ICE agents opened fire, a 5-year-old child, a 5-year-old child, was in the backseat of
00:34the company.
00:35Thank God that child is physically unharmed.
00:40For the past two hours, I've been on the phone with President Trump and Secretary Mueller,
00:46negotiating the release of the man ICE agents shot.
00:50Those negotiations were unsuccessful.
00:54Just moments ago, ICE put the man in an unmarked vehicle and whisked him away.
00:59What happened today was an outrage.
