00:11a mixed-use development overlooking the River Thames in Southwark. London Fire Brigade says
00:17crews were called shortly after 5.20 in the evening. Firefighters used a 64-metre turntable
00:25ladder to reach the pair and bring them down safely. The incident was under control by quarter past six
00:31according to the fire service. A spokesperson said nobody was hurt and the men were rescued safely
00:38and quickly. The ladder can reach heights of up to 20 floors.
