00:00If your Mercedes A-Class or B-Class is throwing transmission fault codes and stuck in limp mode,
00:04you already know the culprit is likely the 722.8 CVT conductor plate.
00:10Dealing with valve body issues can be a massive headache and ridiculously expensive at the
00:14dealership, so I did the research and rounded up the best deals for the top 5 CVT TCM TCU
00:19conductor plates to get your car shifting properly again without breaking the bank.
00:24Kicking things off with product number 1, this pre-programmed 722.8
00:28conductor plate is built specifically for 2004-2011 Mercedes W245 and W169 models.
00:36Its standout feature is that it comes pre-flashed and coated to your vehicle,
00:40saving you a costly trip to an independent shop just for software adaptation.
00:45Sitting at $843.99 with nearly 5,000 units sold, it's well worth the money if you want a true
00:51plug-and-play solution backed by a super-reliable 4.7-star rating.
00:56Coming in at number 2 is this heavy-duty Mercedes W245 CVT repair module priced at $912.79.
01:05What really makes this unit shine is the meticulous rebuild process with reinforced
01:09internal soldering, which directly targets the common heat failure points that ruin factory
01:14units in the first place. With an impressive 4.8-star rating across almost 4,900 orders,
01:20it's on the premium side, but if you want OEM-level peace of mind and long-term durability for your
01:25daily commute, it's a great investment. Next up, product number 3 might just be the
01:31absolute sweet spot for value. Priced at just $344.04, the 722.8 TCU conductor plate also comes
01:40with programming included for your 2004-2011 Mercedes. The best part is its flawless,
01:46perfect 5-star rating over nearly 4,900 sales, which is honestly rare to see for automotive
01:52electronics. It gives you the programming convenience of the higher-end plates at less
01:57than half the cost, making it an easy pick for any DIY mechanic. In the fourth spot, we have a
02:03very
02:03dependable DirectFit transmission control unit plate coming in at $379.86. Its key highlight is broad
02:11compatibility across multiple OEM reference numbers like a 1693701106 and a 1695451032,
02:20ensuring you won't run into physical fitment or sensor alignment problems.
02:24Rated at 4.8 stars with over 4,700 satisfied drivers, it's worth picking up because it delivers
02:30solid build quality and eliminates speed sensor error codes on a very reasonable budget.
02:36Rounding out the list with product number 5, we have the most budget-conscious pick here at $333.38.
02:43The best feature with this one is that each plate is bench-tested before shipping,
02:47meaning the internal sensors and communication lines are verified functional right out of the box.
02:53Holding a solid 4.6-star rating with over 4,500 units moved, it's definitely worth grabbing if you
02:59want the absolute lowest-cost fix to get your Mercedes back on the road without taking a gamble.
03:05That wraps up our list of the best CDT conductor plates available right now.
