00:33have to thank you Chancellor and Germany for the inspiration. I believe in your constitution there is something known, the
00:42basic law requiring equivalent living standards in all parts of Germany and the model of growth that I'm
00:53developing is very much based on that, making sure prosperity and rising living standards are felt in all parts of
01:01the UK, in all of our regions and all of our nations. And that is only possible by thinking about
01:12growth in a different way but also in deepening cooperation between the UK and Germany.
