00:01manager Mikel Arteta has committed his future to the Gunners by signing a new contract that
00:08will keep him at the Emirates Stadium until June of 2030 after overseeing a significant
00:15transformation since his appointment at the club in December of 2019. Arteta has now turned his
00:25attention back to domestic matters with Arsenal hosting Leeds United in their first Premier League
00:32game after the international break. The fixture at the Emirates will provide the first opportunity
00:41for Arteta to lead his side since committing his future to the club with Arsenal looking to
00:47maintain their challenge at the top end of the Premier League table. For Leeds United it's a
00:55chance for the manager Daniel Farker to get his group of players together. Leeds have made an
01:01excellent start to the campaign and will be hoping to cause an upset at the Emirates Stadium.
01:09Arteta's new deal though represents a clear show of faith from the Arsenal hierarchy with the club
01:16believing Arteta remains the right man to deliver further success at Arsenal after lifting the Premier
01:25League last season.
