00:00Hi ST, and this is Pit Stop with Kimi Antonelli.
00:07How do you handle the pressure of being a Formula 1 driver?
00:10It's not easy. I mean, obviously F1 is very different to any other categories,
00:16mainly because of the workload that you have on track and off track.
00:21But of course, you know, at the end of the day I still do what I love to do.
00:26You know, I still get the chance to drive the fastest cars and to work with such an incredible group
00:31of people.
00:32You know, pressure is also, there are two ways of saying it.
00:37You either embrace it or you either let it destroy you.
00:40But I try to embrace it as much as possible and actually I see it as an opportunity to shine.
00:47What gives you the confidence that you really belong at this level?
00:51You know, obviously last year, despite all the difficult moments, especially towards the end of the season,
00:58I kind of find my rhythm and starting to perform pretty well.
01:03So that was the moment where I was like, if I find my way and I'm able to put things
01:07together,
01:07I can perform at a high level.
01:09But what do you feel has allowed you to dominate this season?
01:14I think the... I wouldn't say Dominic, come on. I always try to keep myself on the ground.
01:23But definitely what has allowed me to make this step is just understanding much more what is good for me
01:29and what is not good for me. I think also I have a great group of people that work around
01:35me and with me.
01:36It's just a combination of things really.
01:38How do you find the thing about ground food?
01:40I think it's such a cool weekend. I love the city and the track is a very cool one.
01:45Plus it's a night race, which is always nice.
01:47Last year was a good weekend for me and for the team. Also George did incredibly well.
01:52Yeah, hopefully this year will be as fast or even faster and I'm really looking forward to it.
