00:00When Mikel first came in, he kept talking about process, process, process, and he was for straight Arsenal fans.
00:05And I was probably the same as them, like, what do you mean, process, process, process?
00:08And when I got there, after a week, I saw it. I saw it straight away.
00:12What was he doing in training?
00:14So he was working with 30, 35-year-olds, 28-year-olds. No matter what, coach them.
00:20They want to be coached. And I'm talking about coaching, about body position to receive, first touch, timing to move,
00:26and stuff that you'd have been taught when he was 14, 15.
00:28But he would go into it all the time, and then he'd arrive in the morning, there'd be a meeting
00:33that he was highlighting that in the meeting.
00:36And you could see that all of this little individual stuff was building up into, like, a team structure thing.
00:42Does he run them?
00:43Does he run the players?
00:44Does he run the players?
00:45Yeah. Yeah.
00:46How hard they worked was, I was there. I was training in it. I was like, I can't do this.
