00:00Everyone is lying to eat the money.
00:03Cryptocurrency.
00:04It's pretty stupid.
00:07No balls, right?
00:08You might recognize Ben McKenzie from The O.C.
00:11He's been a critic of the cryptocurrency industry.
00:14To understand my journey into cryptocurrency, we have to go back.
00:18You know what's taken off? It's Bitcoin.
00:20It's money.
00:21It's cryptocurrency.
00:23It's a f***ing cryptocurrency. I don't know what the f*** that means.

00:26I have a degree in economics.
00:28Surely I can figure out this crypto stuff.
00:31No banks, no fees.
00:33Electronic gold.
00:34Good time with your Bitcoin.
00:36Take all your money by Bitcoin.
00:39I had a few questions.
00:44Up against a multi-trillion dollar industry shilled by every celebrity on the planet,
00:49I hired a film crew.
00:50Nice to meet you.
00:52Did you talk to my agent yet?
00:55The building Bitcoin Z.
00:58This looks like a normal web of trust.
01:00They can make the price gold, whatever they want.

01:04What do you say to the people who have been scammed?
01:06I was crying. My wife was upset.
01:09Shady dudes end up making most of the money.
01:11How much have you donated to politicians?
01:14Investors, do you have anything to say?
01:19The cryptocurrency industry represents the largest Ponzi scheme in history.
01:24Hundreds of millions of people worldwide have been lied to.
01:29What is this backed by at the end of the day?
01:34Nothing.
01:35It's a story.
01:37It's a story.
01:41I made a ton of money on it.
01:43Yeah.
01:43But I don't actually know anything about it.
01:45Well, it was a matter of me.
01:47It doesn't do it.
