00:00If you're hitting the heavy bag or getting in some sparring, protecting your wrists and
00:04knuckles is non-negotiable. Trust me, cheaping out on wrist support is a quick way to end up
00:09with sore joints, but you definitely don't have to break the bank to keep your hands safe.
00:14I've done the digging to find the best deals on the top 5 boxing hand bandages for combat
00:19sports right now, so let's get into it. First up is this classic cotton elastic wrap
00:24that gives you that sweet spot between firm support and comfortable flex.
00:28The standout feature here is the stretch it contours smoothly around your knuckles and
00:32locks your wrist in place without cutting off your circulation. Coming in at just $6.83
00:38with nearly 5,000 orders and a solid 4.8 rating, it's an absolute workhorse for your daily boxing,
00:44Muay Thai, or Sanda training sessions. Next on the list is a 2-pack that boasts an
00:49impressive 4.9-star rating, and the breathability is easily its best feature. There's nothing worse
00:55than peeling off soaked, stuffy wraps after an intense workout, but this fabric lets airflow
01:00freely while keeping everything snug and secure. At only $6.73 for the pair, and with length options
01:07all the way up to 5 meters, it's a fantastic buy if you put in heavy rounds on the mitts
01:12or do a lot
01:12of MMA work. If you're keeping things on a tighter budget, this third pair gives you serious bang for
01:18your buck at just $4.45. What makes it worth grabbing is the durable, traditional cotton
01:24stretch material that holds up great and doesn't get all warped in the washing machine. The thumb
01:30loop and Velcro strap are stitched cleanly so you won't have it coming loose mid-combo, making it ideal
01:35whether you're a beginner or just need a reliable backup set in your gym bag. Coming in at number 4
01:40is
01:41another 4.9-rated fan favorite, priced at only $4.61. The best part about this option is the
01:48versatility and sizing, you can grab anything from 1.5 meters for a quick wrap under MMA gloves up to
01:545 meters for full knuckle protection. The tension feels really balanced against your skin, giving you
02:00that customized tightness you need before throwing hard hooks, all without feeling stiff. Finally,
02:05wrapping up our list is the most affordable pick of the bunch at an unbeatable $3.99 for a pair.
02:12Don't let the price tag fool you, the cotton blend is soft against your skin, does a great job soaking
02:17up sweat, and the full 5-meter option gives you plenty of material for a nice, thick knuckle pad.
