00:00The lesson of the fig tree.
00:02In a sunny village, nestled between verdant mountains and a sparkling blue river,
00:07There was a lush garden, full of life.
00:10This garden was lovingly cared for by a kind man named Samuel.
00:14known for his patience and love of plants.
00:17Samuel spent his days tending to every flower, every bush, and every tree.
00:21ensuring that everyone had the sun, water, and love necessary to thrive.
00:26In the center of the garden stood an ancient, imposing fig tree with twisted branches.
00:31This fig tree, however, was different from the other fruit trees in the garden.
00:35While the other trees were filled with flowers and succulent fruits each season,
00:40The fig tree remained stubbornly barren, producing not a single fig.
00:45Every year, Samuel eagerly awaited the moment when the fig tree would finally bear fruit.
00:51He watered it carefully, fertilized the soil around it, and protected it from the strong wind and sun.
00:56scalding hot.
00:56But year after year, the fig tree remained barren, much to Samuel's disappointment.
01:01The other villagers began to question Samuel's patience.
01:05Why do you keep taking care of that useless fig tree?
01:08Samuel, they asked.
01:10It just takes up space and doesn't produce anything good.
01:13Cut it down and plant another tree that will bear fruit.
01:16Samuel, however, refused to give up on the fig tree.
01:18He believed that all living creatures deserved a chance to grow and flourish.
01:23even if they took longer than expected.
01:25He reminded everyone that the fig tree still provided cool shade.
01:29On hot days, it served as shelter for the birds that sang cheerful songs in the garden.
01:34Samuel smiled kindly at Elias and explained.
01:37My young friend, this fig tree is a lesson for us all.
01:40She teaches us about patience, hope, and the importance of giving second chances.
01:45It's true that it hasn't borne fruit yet, but who knows what the future holds?
01:50Perhaps, with more care and attention, it will finally bloom and reward us with its delicious fruits.
01:56Elijah was deeply touched by Samuel's words.
01:59He realized that the fig tree was not just a useless tree,
02:02but rather a symbol of hope and perseverance.
02:05He decided to help Samuel take care of the fig tree.
02:08Learning from him about the art of gardening and the importance of patience.
02:12Together, Samuel and Elijah worked tirelessly in the garden.
02:16They talked to the fig tree, sang songs to it, and cared for it with great affection.
02:21They removed the weeds around them.
02:23They loosened the soil so that its roots could breathe.
02:27and protected it from pests that tried to feed on its leaves.
02:31As time went by, something surprising began to happen.
02:35The fig tree, which previously seemed lifeless and hopeless,
02:39It began to show signs of vitality.
02:41New shoots appeared on its branches.
02:43and its leaves became greener and more vibrant.
02:46Then, one day, Samuel and Elijah were amazed.
02:49upon seeing small white flowers emerging on the branches of the fig tree.
02:52And after the flowers, small green figs began to form.
02:55growing slowly under the hot sun.
02:57The joy of Samuel and Elijah was indescribable.
03:00They had waited so long to see the fig tree bear fruit.
03:04And now his dream was finally coming true.
03:06They carefully picked the figs, savoring their sweetness and freshness.
03:10The other villagers were also surprised and happy.
03:14with the transformation of the fig tree.
03:16They realized that Samuel was right not to give up on her.
03:19and that all living creatures deserved a chance to flourish.
03:23From that day on, the fig tree became a symbol of hope.
03:26and perseverance for the whole village.
03:29She taught everyone that with patience, love, and care,
03:33Even the most unlikely things can flourish and bear fruit.
03:37And Samuel, the kind gardener, was remembered as an example of wisdom and compassion.
03:43A man who never lost faith in the beauty and potential of all living things.
03:48Elias grew up and became as kind a gardener as Samuel.
03:51spreading the lesson of the stubborn fig tree wherever he went.
