00:28In a statement, Rafizi, Nick Nazmi, and Bersama President Shukri Razab said Lee would help lead the party's Melaka election

00:38focusing on building its machinery in Chinese-majority areas.
00:43Lee announced his resignation as Petaling Jaya MP on Friday and said he would leave PKR today,
00:50following the party's decision to suspend him for three years.
00:53Lee was elected Petaling Jaya MP in the 2022 general election and previously served two terms as the Semambu Assemblyman
01:02in Pahang.
01:03He had been at odds with PKR's leadership since attending Bersama's launch in May
01:08and defended his presence at the party's events, saying he was merely participating in activities held in his constituency.
