00:00Okay, so if you're trimming branches and your little chainsaw is cutting crooked or not at all,
00:049 times out of 10 it's the guide plate that's worn out, not the whole saw.
00:08I went down the rabbit hole on these and found the best deals for the top 5 portable
00:12chainsaw guide plates for trimming, and honestly, some of these cost less than a coffee.
00:17First up, the 6-inch saw bar with a 1⁄4-inch pitch, 37 knots, and 18 knives.
00:23This one's the crowd favorite, over 4,300 sold with a perfect 5-star rating.
00:28It's a full replacement setup for those mini electric saws, and at just $5.25,
00:34you're basically getting a brand new cutting experience for pocket change.
00:38If you've got a 6-inch trimmer that's struggling, this is the drop-in fix.
00:43Next, the 4-8-inch electric chainsaw guide plate with multi-specification options.
00:48This is the flexible pick, it comes in different sizes so you can match whatever
00:52handheld lithium saw you've got, and it's dirt cheap at $3.44.
00:57With almost 3,900 sold and a 4.8 rating, people clearly keep coming back.
01:03If you're not sure of your exact size, start here.
01:06Then there's the 6-inch 1⁄4 LP.043, 37 drivelink chain and guide plate set.
01:13This is the combo deal, you get both the bar and the chain together, already matched,
01:17so there's zero guesswork.
01:19It's razor-sharp for wood cutting, 5 stars across the board, and it's $5.18.
01:25Honestly, buying the set saves you the headache of mismatched parts, and that's worth it alone.
01:31Moving on, the portable 4-, 6-, and 8-inch lithium chain saw guide plate built for one-handed
01:36operation.
01:38This one's designed for yard logging and trimming, so it's made to be light and easy to control with
01:42one hand up a ladder or in tight spots.
01:45It's the cheapest on the list at $4.17, with a 4.7 rating and over $3,300 sold.
01:52Great value if you want a spare on hand.
01:55And last, the 8-inch saw blade with chain and guide bar.
01:59This is the big one, if you're cutting thicker branches, the extra length gives you more reach
02:04and a smoother cut.
02:05It's $5.79, the priciest here, but still under $6, and it's rated 4.8 with over 3,100 sales.
02:14Perfect for heavier trimming jobs where a 6-inch just won't reach.
02:18So there you go 5 solid guide plates, all under $6, all proven by thousands of buyers.
