00:00All of us, all of us, in the world, in the world, in the world, in the world of cricket,
00:06we are growing up in the world of all the people who want us to play in the world of
00:17the country.
02:05Namaskar and a very warm welcome to the 7th edition of Orisa Travel Bajam.
02:14It is a privilege to have all of you with us today in Orisa, a land where timeless heritage, living
02:26culture, extraordinary nature and warm hospitality come together.
02:32I am especially honoured to welcome our honourable chief minister, Sri Mohanjana Madhiji as the chief guest.
02:42His presence reflects the importance our government attracts to tourism as a driver of investment, employment and the transformation of
02:55Orisa.
02:56Friends, Orisa is a world of experiences. It is the spiritual experience of Lord Jagannath.
03:11It is the architectural brilliance of Kona.
03:15Good afternoon, honourable CM, Dipti CM, all the people sitting on the dice, ladies and gentlemen, special guests coming from
03:31abroad.
03:31And the most important people in this hall is the media because without media nothing has happened these days.
03:41Whatever we are doing here today, whatever we are doing here today, I think we need the support of media
03:47which is required very, very important and very significant.
03:54First of all, congratulations to your team, I want to say it to the girls and I want to mention
04:06being a sports fan, so I have to talk about sports.
04:10I have to mention about when we are winning the gold medal in golf, which many people don't know about
04:17golf.
04:19But sooner or later, people will come to know about golf in this country.
04:26I am delighted and very happy to be here.
04:30The changes what I have seen in last 20 years is unbelievable.
04:36Coming from airport to the hotel, I felt this state have grown.
04:47Ranveer, Ranveer, I just want to say you become a brand ambassador and on arts and food, you need more
04:57playgrounds also.
05:00When people eat in such a good food, we require a playground.
05:06Which is the most important in the last 20 years.
05:14I understand tourism is important, but I think it's important the sports also.
05:25Now, honorable dignitary that dies, and everybody here, if a destination has the ability to move you that much, then
05:33there must be a story waiting to be told.
05:35Right?
05:36So, every time I travel through this, I come back to the same question.
05:41How does a cuisine this extraordinary remain one of India's best-kept secrets?
05:47And that's where I stand as a part of this family, with my three culinary champions, Avinas, Anjulji, and Manjulji,
05:56with only one mission, to make the world see and taste Odia Smita over the next three years.
06:03We are taking Odia cuisine mainstream, with a clear, sustained plan behind it.
06:11Yeah?
06:12I'm an artist, I can talk art, but today we'll talk execution.
06:17So, the plan is five simple words.
06:20Identify, taste, enable, and sustain.
06:25First, we begin by identifying and building ten signature dishes of Odisha.
06:30Not because Odisha can be reduced to ten dishes, it absolutely cannot, but because people need memorable entry points into
06:37a vast cuisine.
06:38These ten dishes will become our culinary ambassadors for the state, repeated consistently across content, festivals, tastings, hotels, airports, and
06:48restaurant showcases.
06:50Next part, Teh.
06:52That's what we're good at.
06:53Because we tell the stories behind food.
06:56We've already begun with filming Odisha's divine cuisines and its extraordinary relationship with faith, food, and culture.
07:03A bit of what you saw, and some bit more you can see when you visit our stall there.
07:09Along with our culinary champions, we will be building a living culinary map of Odisha.
07:16Every district, we will find a utensil, an ingredient, a farmer, an artisan to speak about it.
