00:00I think Leo had always been very respectful of Diero Armando Maradona.
00:04Always.
00:05When he had him as a manager but before that as well.
00:08Of.. you could see Maradona wanted to continue playing in our heads
00:14when he wasn't a player anymore.
00:17And he wanted to make sure that his legacy was the one that couldn't be challenged.
00:22So, Diego criticised Leo and Leo didn't ever respond.
00:28I think the feeling from the family has always been that Diego was a little bit too harsh on Leo
00:34Knowing the demands of being the number 10 of Argentina
00:39Diego should have been more understandable
00:42But in any case, you never hear bad word from Leo towards Diego
00:47In fact, you know that he wore the new Soul Boys shirt that Diego gave him
00:54On the day of his passing and that the Barcelona shirt
00:58And he actually scored a goal similar to one of the goals that Maradona scored
01:03And then he's got his shirt out and gave the homage that he deserved
01:07He never wanted to be Diego
01:09He wanted to be a very good player for Argentina
01:12And wanted to be understood and loved by the Argentinians
