00:30because of sharing content containing so-called LGBTI propaganda.
00:36The allegations directed at LGBTI associations
00:39are about the funding received from the French Embassy,
00:43the German Embassy, the Dutch Consulate, UNDP
00:46and even this very institution, Council of Europe.
00:50To give you just one example,
00:52an investigation document about an association includes a single transfer
00:56of 519 U.S. dollars from the Council of Europe.
01:01These associations now face the risk of closure.
01:04And the investigation file explicitly refers to causing public disorder and social values.
01:10Let us be clear about what this implies.
01:13According to this allegation,
01:15foreign states, including some represented here today are supposedly financing efforts
01:21to destroy the family structure and social values of Turkey through LGBTI organizations.
01:28Dear colleagues, especially from France, Germany and the Netherlands,
01:33I have a question for you.
01:34Has any representative of the government ever warned you asking,
01:39why are you spending money to cause public disorder in my country?
01:43In all these debates this week, I have never heard such a warning.
01:48If you have not been warned like this, then I must ask you,
