00:00Okay, so you just dropped some serious cash on a Steam Deck or a ROG Li, and now you're worried
00:05about those thumbsticks getting worn down or feeling a little too slippery during an intense
00:09session? I got you. I went down the rabbit hole and found the absolute best deals for the top
00:155 thumbstick caps for Steam Deck and ROG Li. Let's get into it. First up, if you want protection
00:22without changing the feel of your sticks too much, check out this silicone protective ring.
00:27It's a super cheap insurance policy at just $1.99, and with over $4,700 sold, clearly people love it.
00:34It fits basically everything PS5, Xbox, Switch Pro, and of course your Steam Deck or Ally.
00:41The best part? It keeps dust and grime out of the mechanism while adding just a tiny bit of grip.
00:47For $2, you really can't go wrong. Next, we have another silicone option,
00:53but this one is a full grip cap that covers the entire thumbstick. It's only $2.42,
00:59and it has a perfect 5-star rating from over 4,000 buyers. This is for anyone who feels like
01:05the
01:05stock sticks on the ROG Li or Steam Deco Led are just a little too hard or slippery.
01:10The soft silicone gives you that cushioned, tacky feel that makes long gaming sessions way more
01:15comfortable. It's a no-brainer upgrade. Now, if you want something a little more premium,
01:22PlayVital is the way to go. This first set is their diamond grain and crack design,
01:27priced at $9.69. I know it's more expensive, but these are custom molded for the Steam Deck LCD and
01:33OLED, and even the PS Portal. The diamond texture gives you insane grip, and the crack pattern looks
01:40sick. They're sold over 3,500 times with a perfect rating because they feel like a high-end controller
01:46mod, not just a cheap piece of rubber. Sticking with PlayVital, here's their Demon series.
01:52Same $9.69 price tag, but this one has a 4-star rating.
01:56Now, why would you get a 4-star over a 5-star? Because the Demon's design is a little more
02:02subtle and the rubber compound is slightly softer for people who prefer a squishier feel.
02:07It still locks onto the stick perfectly and prevents slippage, but it's all about that
02:12aesthetic and personal preference. If the diamond pattern wasn't your vibe, give these a look.
02:18And finally, for the cute factor, we have the PlayVital Cutie Kitty Caps.
02:23Again, $9.69, and they have a 4.8 rating. These are for the person who wants their handheld to
02:29look
02:29as good as it plays. The kitty ears actually give you a really precise thumb placement point,
02:35which is surprisingly great for shooters. They're well-made, adorable, and add a ton of personality
02:41to your Steam Deck or ally without sacrificing performance. If you want to stand out, these are
02:46it. So there you have it, 5 awesome ways to upgrade your thumbsticks without breaking the bank.
02:53Whether you want cheap protection or a custom look, the links to all of these are in the
02:57description below. If this helped you out, smash that like button and subscribe for more handheld
