00:28in virtual taekwondo. Former Senator Sonny Trillanes alleges entities tied to Vice President
00:42Sara Duterte received hundreds of millions of pesos in funds from the Chinese government and
00:46corporations. This during a press conference after he was dropped from the prosecution's witness lineup
00:51in Duterte's impeachment trial. The former senator says Kale 88, a food company, received 319 million
00:58pesos in cash remittances from the Chinese government. Kale 88 is declared on Duterte's

01:07Kaya dapat ikilabutan po tayo rito. Kasi Vice President po siya. Bawal po yan. Bawal tumanggap from a
01:21foreign government, especially from, especially na high-ranking official siya.
01:28Trillanes did not provide documents to back up his claim but said they will be revealed in the coming
01:33days. Trillanes's other allegations focus on the corporate records of companies linked to
01:38Duterte. He says the SEC records of Times Square B Foods and later GenCorp contained the allegedly
01:44fictitious name of Ang Haipeng. The name supposedly had no birth, marriage, and death certificates,
01:49no tax identification number, and no passport. Trillanes notes the foreign name later vanished
01:55from SEC records and was replaced by the new controlling entity JTC Group of Companies.
01:59JTC is owned by the Duterte's business partner, Jaime T. Cruz. Trillanes claims Cruz and Ang
02:05share the same birthday.
02:07Ang pusan ako. Fictitious yung ang Haipeng. 100% sure non-existent siya.
02:16Senate Impeachment Court Spokesperson Reginald Tongol says a verdict may be issued in Vice President
02:21Sara Duterte's impeachment trial as early as December 16. In a virtual press briefing, Tongol says the trial
02:28remains aggressively ahead of schedule despite suspension of proceedings.
02:32The way that the impeachment trial is going on, mas malakas po yung confidence ng ating
02:38impeachment court na matatapos to bago mag-holiday recess po ang Senado. So by December 16 ay
02:46magkakaroon na ng final verdict.
02:49The court cut short the hearing on Thursday, October 1 and suspended the proceedings slated
02:53for October 2 after granting the Defense Council's request to defer to the testimony of Anti-Money
02:58Laundering Council Executive Director Ronel Buenaventura. The trial resumes on Monday,
03:03October 5, with Buenaventura taking the witness stand. Tongol says the prosecution's decision to drop
03:08some of its witnesses expedited the proceedings, saving the court 27 trial days. He also said the House
