00:03We're not going to have a retrial as far as the Premier League commission is concerned.

00:15then they're going to have to go and seek some alternative.
00:18First of all, from their pronouncements, they're attacking the integrity of the Premier League
00:23by saying it's a conspiracy, campaigning, effectively saying that other clubs are ganging up on them,
00:28other clubs are jealous of their wealth and so on.
00:31And then could they potentially take that to the civic courts?
00:35I spoke to one or two sports lawyers and they said possible,
00:40but they're not convinced that it would work.
00:44And they think that the chances are remote and the Premier League constitution itself
00:50makes that very difficult.
00:52But as all lawyers will tell you, very difficult, it's not the same as impossible.
00:56And they're the equivalent of being 3-0 down in the 92nd minute of a match.
