00:05you know really the four different things that we're doing on Taiwan
00:10number one is as Taiwan looks to grow its local industrial drone base
00:18we want to help companies build sophisticated software sophisticated AI
00:26pilots with Hivemind so that we can enable what we did things like what we did
00:31with
00:32ThunderTiger across many different drone companies as Taiwan scales from tens of
00:37thousands of locally produced drones to hundreds of thousands and I actually
00:40believe that every country in the world will eventually have millions of drones
00:44the second thing that shield AI is doing in Taiwan we are working very closely
00:50with Taiwan suppliers Taiwan vendors today roughly sixteen percent of our hardware
00:58those materials are sourced from Taiwanese vendors I expect us to be around twenty
01:04five percent in the future and that's something that we're working towards but
01:08in the words of our supply chain director Tracy who came from running Starlink
01:15supply chain she said Taiwan has the best vendors in the world we absolutely have
01:21to be working very closely with them and then the third thing very much you know
01:27looking to bring VBAT which is our reconnaissance drone that does the mission
01:32of predator or Reaper drones at a fraction of the cost at scale into Taiwan so
01:38we've been working very closely with the Coast Guard we aspire to work closely with
01:44the Navy we want to work with the Navy we want to work with the Army we want to
01:49work with all the services that are interested in vertical takeoff
01:53launch and land AI piloted drones
