00:09This is a great way to see many sights in London and learn something about them.
00:14What we didn't like, it was pretty hard to find out, when the bus would be at which stop.
00:20The audio guide was completely off a few times and the audio of the headphones wasn't that good.
00:26The music was way too loud compared to the spoken parts.
00:31It would be great to have some bigger tours, for example, to Camden Town slash Primrose Hill etc.
00:38The staff was mostly friendly.
00:41We also did the Night Lights tour and really liked our tour guide Owen.
00:46He knew so much about the city and the sights and even though we had a lot of traffic, we
00:51had so much fun on this tour.
00:54It was an absolute highlight.
00:56We were able to ask questions the whole way, he told jokes, played songs we wanted to hear and even
01:03sang a little, just to entertain us, while stuck in traffic.
01:07The history and facts were very interesting and he had lots of local knowledge to share with us.
01:13Our driver Matty was really nice as well and did a very good job.
01:19My family and I had a pleasant experience with Top View.
01:23First time to visit London for three nights and were able to see all the sights we wanted by riding
01:29the buses.
01:31We had also booked the Royal Palace tour but we didn't wake up early the day of and almost missed
01:36it so we had to take the subway to get to the meet-up point with the guide faster but
01:41we lost our way after getting off.
01:43The first available Top View agent, Hussein who was assisting at one of the Top View bus stops was able
01:50to call our tour guide and had him wait for us as we were late and didn't expect to be
01:54able to make it on the tour.
01:57Hussein even caught us walking on the street midway and guided us to where the tour guide would be waiting
02:02for us.
02:03We appreciated his efforts doing that as we had almost lost hope making it there.
02:09Also, the tour guide, I believe his name was Scott, was funny and made our experience worthwhile.
02:17Everyone we dealt with from Top View including the drivers were so helpful and cordial.
02:23Got a 48-hour pass.
02:26First day was great and reliable on the landmark red bus.
02:30Second day went from red to blue and it was not made clear to us that blue was not running
02:36on the same schedule.
02:38After waiting 30 minutes at one of the stops, another bus tour driver told us Top View was coming every
02:4445 minutes to an hour.
02:47Took an Uber that cost £45 to our next destination.
02:51After spending time there, went to the expected stop.
02:56After watching at least two big red bus tours go by a nothing from Top View, we took an Uber
03:01again.
03:03Disappointing second day, wish it could have been better communicated or clearer if we missed it.
03:08We listened to the audio the whole time, no warnings there either and only website warning was that routes were
03:15skipping Stop 23.
03:18We did the Jack the Ripper walking tour with James and wow!
03:22James was exceptional.
03:24The voice, the story, the suspense, the intrigue, James had it all.
03:30With James as our guide we were transported into the murderous autumn of 1888 in the seedy Whitechapel slums.
03:38The air was thick with suspense as we walked in the spine-tingling steps of the infamous bloody butcher and
03:45fugitive Jack the Ripper.
03:47James' mastery of storytelling and adroit use of the English language left us hanging on every morbid word.
03:53His combination of visual cues and historical locations really created an immersive four-dimensional experience, five stars.
